For many today is the last day of the detox, for Aida the beginning of a new lifestyle. Instead of thinking what I was going to eat, I thought about how I was going to eat from here on out. The regimen that the Full Body Detox offered, kept me in line, but finding what to do now without the restrictions had me a bit frustrated. I ate vegetables all day and felt more energetic than yesterday. I am thankful for this experience and what it will be the cause for in my life…I am committed, more disciplined, energetic and a lot more clear and decisive. I was able to say “No” three times today and it felt good. This experience has fed me all along while I was thinking that I wasn’t eating. I will do it again. Eat well, and be well my friends.
