Today was very interesting because on the first day of cleansing, my menstrual cycle joined me.  I started my day with 2 Tangerines and water, water, water.  I felt pretty good and was not as hungry as I anticipated.  I had a wonderful day of Spinach, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, and yummy lettuce.  I did not get sluggish until the end of the day, but I run a long day.  I was up at 5:30 AM…I did see a bit of a break out after my Liver and etc.. capsules, but I suspect that my Liver needs a good flushing, so I will take that as a sign.  Overall, I feel great and I will tell you that the food that we feed our bodies is good, but the food we feed our minds is great.
