Woke up hella early this time. Eyes just snapped wide open at 6:30a.m. As if I’m supposed to be up. So I followed suit and ate a banana this morning before getting my smoothie. This time Robeck’s was crowded and I proceeded to Jamba Juice by the job to get a smoothie. I got the equivalent to what I would usually get at Robeck’s, an all fruit smoothie with no boosts or juice and I by the end of the night, felt sick like a dog. Nothing was different. Went to school.
Had a salad and some nuts. I didn’t exercise because I was told it’s easier to drop pounds when you don’t exercise as opposed to when you do.
