Today, was a wonderful day of eating avocados! I had been waiting for them to ripen since Sunday. I ate 1 and 1/2 today of avocados and they were so satisfying. I needed the diversity in my food plan like crazy.

One of the wonderful things about today is that I took care of myself. I had a day full of meetings and knew that I would be 1 hour from home and preparing for today was essential. These meetings come with deserts, coffee, and toxic items galore!

I woke up today and packed my fresh fruits and vegetables along with my variety of raw nuts. On the ride home, it was a gourmet meal!

I am so glad the energy and focus to prepare for myself has come from detoxing! Before, I would have ran out of the house without my papers and self care package. I even agreed to take on a project I had been thinking about.
