Ingredients
- 2 handful kale
- 1 1/2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cubed
- 2 c pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 c parsley, chopped
- 1 -inch piece ginger,
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, roughly chopped
- 5 c water
Instructions
- Process all of the ingredients (except the water) through a juicer and then dispense into a large bottle or pitcher.
- Pour the water into the pitcher and mix well to combine.
- Portion the juice into four-ounce bottles and seal them tightly. These are your daily wellness shots, which you should consume within three days. You can also freeze them to preserve them.
