Ingredients

For the Chia Pudding

For the Apple Pie Topping

  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. grade A maple syrup

Instructions

For the Chia Pudding

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine. Let it sit for five minutes and then whisk again to ensure that there are no chia clumps.
  2. Divide the mixture into four jars and place in the fridge overnight to set.

For the Apple Pie Topping

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well to combine. Let sit for five minute for the flavors to combine.
  2. You can cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight and top the chia pudding with it the next morning.
  3. Top each jar of chia pudding with the apple pie topping and then enjoy.
