Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed juice
- 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 2 large pinches turmeric
- pinch of chili powder
Instructions
- Cut up the cauliflower into bite-size pieces and add to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil, paprika, Himalayan salt, turmeric, and chili powder. Whisk to combine and then pour over the cauliflower.
- Toss the cauliflower to ensure that all the pieces are coated before scattering the pieces on one or two dehydrator trays lined with parchment paper. If you want an extra cheesy flavor, sprinkle a little more nutritional yeast on the cauliflower.
- Dehydrate at 115º F for about eight hours, or until the cauliflower is nice and crispy. Your popcorn is ready to enjoy!
