Isn’t it wonderful when a dessert also doubles as a nutritious breakfast? The answer is, “yes,” just in case you were searching for the word. That’s exactly what this banana berry pudding is. It contains complex carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids and essential amino acids. Plus, the pudding has a luxurious texture and sweet yet slightly tart flavor. Trust us when we tell you that you can enjoy it for dessert or breakfast.
Overall, the recipe is fairly basic. It only requires six ingredients, one bowl, and a food processor, of course. We call it a “pudding,” but it’s more like a blended fruit mixture. If the fruits were frozen then it would be a smoothie bowl. And since it makes three servings, you can portion the pudding out into separate jars and store them in the fridge. When you’re in a rush in the morning and need a quick, nutritious, grab-and-go breakfast, this is an excellent option. We hope you like it as much as we do! Additionally, feel free to add your own toppings to the pudding, so long as they are cleanse-approved.
