somewhere that we should also take a rest from herbs so that we don't get immune to them or so that they can function properly in the body. It read somewhere to take them 6 days a week and rest one day or if you take them for 6 months then you should rest from them for one month. I have no idea if this is true. D you have so changed my life with positive thoughts and answered my prayers in my search for treating my fibroid condition. I know that I'm on the right path."
