Directions: Add 2-3 heaping tablespoon(s) to 3-4 cups of boiling water. Let boil until a gelatinous gel forms (or for about 15-20 minutes). Pour through a strainer, In a blender, add 1-2 cups Almond or coconut milk, Sea Moss gel, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon,1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, a half teaspoon of Vanilla Extract (alcohol free), and a thin slice of Banana (optional). Blend for 30 seconds. Drink warm or iced.
