Ingredients: PATCHOULI, VETIVER, CANANGA, CARDAMOM, PINE, EUCALYPTUS, CLOVE, GINGER, BAY, CEDARWOOD, NEROLI, AND JASMINE, AND QUARTZ CRYSTAL.

Usage: 5-8 drops (swirl around in water with hand before entering)

Diffuser: 3-6 drops
