I swear by Bowel Motion! If you set this in your kitchen where you typically go first thing in the morning..aka coffee pot, refrigerator, etc and take daily, you will NEVER be constipated again! Bowel Motion makes you feel light and eliminates bloating and constipation, very little cramping and no discomfort and it works quickly.. Bowel motion is a great product. It definitely works. The name says it all!!! Trust me when I say "make sure you are near the restroom when you take these". If you are looking for relief this is the product for you! Proper nutrition and these pills will set you on the right track. I only take one or two. *
