Many runners and joggers don't know it, but there is a grave danger in running and jogging, especially when they are performed daily. These are unnatural exercises and do not take place in most parts of the Eastern world.
These are Western exercises and concoctions and serve to compensate for the sedentary lifestyles of many Americans who are spending 6-8 hours per day sitting down on a job. This activity is unnatural, though called for in the Matrix under purposes of "making a living." That's what we do in the Matrix - make a living instead of "living our making."
I have dealt with many runners and joggers who have complained to me of their foot, ankle, knee, and leg injuries due to running and jogging. Most complained of knee injuries and understandably so.
Many people who are longtime runners and/or joggers develop a condition known as chondromalacia, medically defined as a softening of the cartilage. The morphemes "chondro", "chondr", and "chondri' all mean: "pertaining to cartilage."
Chondromalacia develops in response to the softening of the cartilage under the knee caps (patella) that result in small areas of breakdown and pain around the knee.
Running and jogging over long periods of time, and especially on cement or asphalt, destroys cartilage in the joints, the knees in particular.
Many runners and joggers later suffer from stiffness in their knees and understandably so. All that running and jogging causes the production of lactic acid which settles in the tissues and causes stiffness. After a hard workout in the gym, you feel stiff because the body has produced so much lactic acid. It's the lactic acid that makes you stiff. Not the workout itself.
Tendonitis (inflammation of the tendons) may also develop from long periods of running and jogging.
Tendon. noun. One of many white, glistening fibrous bands of tissue that attach muscle to bone. Except at points of attachment, tendons are sheathed in delicate fibroelastic connective tissue. Larger tendons contain a thin internal septum, a few blood vessels, and specialized sterognostic nerves. Tendons are extremely strong and flexible, inelastic, and occur in various lengths and thickness. Compare ligament. - Mosby's Medical Dictionary, 3rd edition, pg. 1154
Ligament. noun. One of many predominantly white, shiny, flexible bands of fibrous tissue binding joints together and connecting various bones and cartilages. Such ligaments are slightly elastic and composed of parallel collagenous bundles. When part of the synovial membrane of a joint, they are covered with fibroelastic tissue that blends with surrounding connective tissue. ibid
The inflammation in tendonitis results from acidic mucus buildup in the tendons. The mucus develops in an attempt to protect the damage done in the tendons, but the problem with the mucus stems from us not learning the lesson and continuing to do the harm that produces more mucus. So much mucus is produced that the mucus itself becomes a problem. I'm talking about negative or bad mucus here. And consuming a poor acid-based diet doesn't help matters because an acid-based diet only serves to create more unhealthy mucus in the body that leads to more inflammation.
An acid-based diet is one that consists mainly of meat products, dairy products, refined grain products, processed and refined so-called foods or foodstuffs, low pH acidic effervescent beverages such as soda pop and diet soda pop containing deleterious phosphoric acid which eats away at the bones and robs the body of calcium; coffee, lattes, hot cocoa, beer, wine, etc.
When females jog on cement or asphalt without shock absorbers in their shoes, they are causing grave harm and injury to their uterus. With every step of a run or jog, an electric shock is being sent from the metatarsal bones in the feet all the way to the uterus, slowly but surely cooking the uterus and causing uterine atrophy or degeneration of the uterus.
Running and jogging will undoubtedly cause loss of calcium. Many commercial health food stores such as GNC, Great Earth, Vitamin Shoppe, et al make a fortune selling synthetic grades of calcium to many ignorant people including athletes.
For calcium or any other mineral to work in your body, it must be organic, must be able to be digested by the body fully, and must be able to be absorbed and assimilated.
Nature produces two types of calcium and you must know which type the human body requires for optimal health and wellbeing. The kind of calcium humans require is called calcium phosphate, a/k/a/ organic calcium.
However, commercial health stores, health food stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies are selling unsuspecting people inorganic calcium (mostly calcium carbonate which is school-board chalk) that is indigestible, unassimilable, and unabsorbable which is harmful to health and wellbeing. Most of this type of calcium is urinated right out of the body and residues remain lodged in the body trapped in the tissues of the body and also play a role in the formation of calcium deposits in the body.
Your calcium must be organic or basically, plant-based, i.e. comfrey root and leaf (which are very safe to consume despite the negative propaganda), oatstraw, horsetail, and nettle. When it comes to calcium, learn to think green and not white, a la Tums, Rolaids, cow milk (cow pus and snot), etc. Calcium is denoted by the color green and not white. Think of white as the color of synthetic calcium, the one made by man.
Commercial health food stores are also selling ignorant and unsuspecting people chondroitin and glucosamine for their damaged bone, tendon, and ligament problems and which are for the most part crap products and a waste of good money.
Chondroitin is made from desiccated cow trachea (windpipe) and glucosamine is derived from chicken bones. These are waste products, people! However, you may be able to find non-animal sources of these products, but it may be very rare.
Runners and joggers are also harming their adrenal glands too. You see, being technical, we're only supposed to be running to save our lives - fight or flight situation whereby our bodies produce astronomical amounts of adrenaline to help us fight or to run, escaping from danger. But look at us in our civility and worldly wisdom, running when there is no need to, and running on the most harmful substances - cement/asphalt and carpet, at the same time. Surely man has lost his way!
People born under the astrological signs of Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces are very prone to problems (injuries) of the knees, legs, ankle, and feet as these particular signs govern these body parts.
Capricorn governs the knees and legs and thus Capricorn people (born between December 23 and January 19) are more prone to injuries of the knees and legs.

Natural Healing From the Damage of Running and Jogging
If you are going to run and jog, by all means make sure you run and/or jog on grass, dirt, or sand. Avoid running and/or jogging on cement or asphalt as it is very deleterious to do so.
Refrain from running or jogging for long miles. Keep your sessions short, only a few miles. Some people run 5-10 miles daily which is insane when you know the damage being done to your body.
You might even consider replacing running and/or jogging with bicycling. Bicycling is better on your knees and tendons that running and/or jogging.
Is running on a treadmill better than running on cement or asphalt? By far!
