Breastfeeding is the natural way a baby derives nutrition and bonding (emotional, etheric, psychological, physical, etc.) from its mother. The nipples do not just allow milk to be obtained, but energy as well, as both nipples have chakras. These nipple chakras store all the information a mother has for her baby. Chakras are diskettes of information so a baby receives maternal information from the nipples of the breast as well as nutrition in the form of milk.



It is for this reason synthetic milk (derived from animal milk) should not be given to any child, especially the child of a conscious parent. You can make healthy and wholesome alternative milks for your baby from Nature's fruits, seeds, nuts, and grains such as hemp, rice, almonds, oats, cashews, walnuts, banana, coconut, and dates to name a few. Sea moss (or seaweed) is added for nutritional content and a little maple syrup for sweetness.



GENERAL MILK DIRECTIONS



NOTE: If using grains, seeds, and nuts, allow them to soak over night.

Add two (2) cups of good water (preferably alkaline or spring water) to a blender.

Take one (1) cup of your milk alternative base, i.e. hemp, almond, rice, cashews, shredded coconut, etc. and add to water in blender.

Add one (1) teaspoon of sea moss or any good seaweed (i.e. Irish Moss, Iceland Moss; these are best to use) to contents of blender.

Add one (1) tablespoon of Grade B or C maple syrup (organic is best) to contents of blender (except if you are using dates for your base as dates are already sweet).

Add a very thin slice of banana (size of a quarter coin) to contents of blender.

Blend all contents of blender for approximately one (1) minute.

Pour contents through a strainer or cheesecloth (so as to only have liquid and no left over pulp substance) in a bowl.

Pour contents (milk) of bowl into a container.

Now you can add as much milk as necessary to a baby bottle for your baby.

Alternative Milk Recipes

You can use as much water as you deem necessary to make a milk to your liking if the 2 cups of water is not enough based upon your discretion.

"Almond Milk"

1. Allow organic, raw almonds to soak over night.

2. Add two (2) cups of good water (preferably alkaline or spring water) to a blender.

3. Take one (1) cup of almonds and add to water in blender.

4. Add one (1) teaspoon of sea moss or any good seaweed (i.e. Irish Moss, Iceland Moss; these are best to use) to contents of blender.

5. Add one (1) tablespoon of Grade B or C maple syrup (organic is best) to contents of blender.

6. Add a very thin slice of banana (size of a quarter coin) to contents of blender.

"Banana Milk"

1. Add two (2) cups of good water (preferably alkaline or spring water) to a blender.

2. Take one organic, raw ripe banana, slice it up, and add to water in blender.

3. Add one (1) teaspoon of sea moss or any good seaweed (i.e. Irish Moss, Iceland Moss; these are best to use) to contents of blender.

4. Add one (1) teaspoon of Grade B or C maple syrup (organic is best) to contents of blender. NOTE: You may not need maple syrup if banana is overly ripe. Use your discretion here!

5. Blend all contents of blender for approximately one (1) minute.

6. Pour contents through a strainer or cheesecloth (so as to only have liquid and
no left over pulp substance) in a bowl.

7. Pour contents (milk) of bowl into a container.

8. Pour necessary amount into baby bottle.

9. Refrigerate leftover milk and use within 48 hours.

"Coconut Milk"

1. Add two (2) cups of good water (preferably alkaline or spring water) to a blender.

2. Add 2 cups of thinly sliced or shredded raw coconut to water in blender.

3. Add one (1) teaspoon of sea moss or any good seaweed (i.e. Irish Moss, Iceland Moss; these are best to  use) to contents of blender.

4. Add one (1) teaspoon of Grade B or C maple syrup (organic is best) to contents of blender. NOTE: You may not need maple syrup if banana is overly ripe. Use your discretion here!

5. Blend all contents of blender for approximately one (1) minute.

6. Pour contents through a strainer or cheesecloth (so as to only have liquid and no left over pulp substance) in a bowl.

7. Pour contents (milk) of bowl into a container.

8. Pour necessary amount into baby bottle.

9. Refrigerate leftover milk and use within 48 hours.

"Rice Milk"

1. Allow organic brown rice (short or long grain version) to soak over night.

2. Add two (2) cups of good water (preferably alkaline or spring water) to a blender.

3. Take one (1) cup of organic brown rice and add to water in blender.

4. Add one (1) teaspoon of sea moss or any good seaweed (i.e. Irish Moss, Iceland Moss; these are best to use) to contents of blender.

5. Add one (1) tablespoon of Grade B or C maple syrup (organic is best) to contents of blender.

6. Add a very thin slice of banana (size of a quarter coin) to contents of blender.

7. Blend all contents of blender for approximately one (1) minute.

8. Pour contents through a strainer or cheesecloth (so as to only have liquid and no left over pulp substance) in a bowl.

9. Pour contents (milk) of bowl into a container.

10. Pour necessary amount into baby bottle.

11. Refrigerate leftover milk and use within 48 hours.

NOTE: If you choose to use cooked rice, do not add anything (i.e. salt, sugar, butter) to rice. Uncooked rice is better! Do not use white rice as it is devoid of nutritional content!

"Date Milk"

1. Allow organic, raw dates to soak over night.

2. Add two (2) cups of good water (preferably alkaline or spring water) to a blender.

3. Take six (6) dates and add to water in blender.

4. Add one (1) teaspoon of sea moss or any good seaweed (i.e. Irish Moss, Iceland Moss; these are best to use) to contents of blender.

5. Add a very thin slice of banana (size of a quarter coin) to contents of blender.

6. Blend all contents of blender for approximately one (1) minute.

7. Pour contents through a strainer or cheesecloth (so as to only have liquid and no left over pulp substance) in a bowl.

8. Pour contents (milk) of bowl into a container.

9. Pour necessary amount into baby bottle.

10. Refrigerate leftover milk and use within 48 hours.

NOTE: You can use less or more dates based upon your discretion as dates can be very sweet.

"Pepitas (Pumpkin Seed) Milk"

1. Allow organic, raw pepitas to soak over night.

2. Add two (2) cups of good water (preferably alkaline or spring water) to a blender.

3. Take one (1) cup of pepitas and add to water in blender.

4. Add one (1) teaspoon of sea moss or any good seaweed (i.e. Irish Moss, Iceland Moss; these are best to use) to contents of blender.

5. Add one (1) tablespoon of Grade B or C maple syrup (organic is best) to contents of blender.

6. Add a very thin slice of banana (size of a quarter coin) to contents of blender.

NOTE: GMO = genetically modified organism

Warming Up Baby Formula or Alternative Milk

Do not use a microwave oven to warm up baby formula or alternative milk. It changes the molecular structure of everything that goes into them.

Always use your stove top to warm up your baby's milk. Use a small non-aluminum/non-Teflon coated pan (like stainless steel pan) to warm up the milk. Don't let the milk get too warm. Just warm enough for the baby to drink (around 98.6 degrees).

The best temperature for the baby's alternative milk is 98.6 degrees because this is your natural body temperature as a human being and when your baby is on the breast, this is the temperature of the milk, so keep the temperature the same with your alternative milk.

    Q: Members of my house have started drinking Hemp Milk and Rice Milk. No more Cow Milk! We like the taste of both. I also like the fact that the hemp milk has omega and other nutrients in it. However, my son is three years old and we have discovered he is allergic to nuts because a family member gave him a cashew to eat, then his eyes began to swell up like Garfield the cat.     Q: Do you have any herbs for baby reflux? My daughter gives her baby boy soymilk. I told her soy milk makes mucus among other reasons. What other alternative for soymilk other than breast milk?

    A:

    Make a tea using anise seed and/or caraway seed, sweeten it with maple syrup, and add a little lemon and put in a baby bottle and give to the baby. However, remove the acid foods. Tell her to use hemp, almond, or rice milk. They are far better than soy milk.

    Q: I would like to know (1) Why you would not recommend soy? (2) What are some good recipes that you could recommend that are simple to fix? (3) What breads are good to eat? (4) What salad dressings are good and do you make your own? and if you make your own, I would like to get that information. (5) Also what is the 411 on wheat gluten? I'm thankful for all information and time.

    A:

    1. Soy

    Soy along with corn is the number one genetically-engineered crop on the planet. Soy is not digested in the body and this is why we shouldn't eat a lot of soy products or shouldn't eat it at all. Soy is an industrial product. I would only recommend soy as a meat-alternative.

    2. Recipes

    Beloved, I recommend that you purchase the Full Body Detox Companion ($40) which includes numerous vegan and raw foods recipes. But here are a few freebies:

    Famous Muslim Bean Soup (Small white/navy beans, celery, carrots, broccoli, garlic, onion, paprika, sea salt, maple syrup [optional]) Directions:

    1. Bring water in pot to a boil;

    2. Add beans, 2-3 tablespoons of sea salt, diced or chopped onions and garlic and let boil for about 45 minutes or until beans or soft/mashable;

    3. Add paprika, 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup, and diced or chopped carrots, celery and broccoli sprouts and let cook/boil for ten minutes;

    4. Let cool down to room temperature;

    5. Finished ? eat and enjoy! Great with some type of grain muffin.

    Veggie Deli Sandwiches (Use TVP, soy, hemp, or seitan alternative "meat" slices available at good health food stores). You can add/use: Cheese (rice, almond, hemp, nut, or soy cheese ? remember: some of these cheeses contain "casein" which is a dairy product); Nayonnaise or Veganaise as a sandwich spread; Non-vinegar Mustard (i.e. Whole Food?s "Whole Kids" brand ); organic green or Romaine lettuce; organic tomatoes; Kosher dill pickles (I personally prefer Trader Joe?s brand of sour dill pickles as they are made without vinegar and taste great); grilled onions (optional). I also sprinkle a little Trocomore brand Herbal Seasoning (or sea salt) on my sandwich. I prefer my sandwich on sprouted wheat bread, rye bread, Kamut Egyptian wheat bread, spelt, or mixed grain bread (Alvarado Market brand). This sandwich goes good with Barbara?s brand potato chips (ruffled style).

    Falafel Burger (to make a falafel burger patty: add chopped onions, black olives, and/or grated carrots and rice/almond/soy cheese; and mushrooms to your falafel mix; pour a little extra virgin olive oil on the pan or tray and let the falafel patty bake until ready).

    ADD THE WORKS TO YOUR BURGER! i.e. lettuce (Romaine, Green), tomatoes, pickles, Nayonnaise or Vegnaise spread; mustard (Whole Kids brand); cheese (rice, soy, hemp, almond, etc.); raw or grilled onions; vegetarian chili; veggie bacon, etc. Sprinkle a little sea salt or herbal seasoning. Be imaginative and inventive! Satisfy your palate!

    To add french fries to go with your burger: Wash and peel (unless you prefer to eat the potato skin) 1-2 organic Russet potatoes. Cut potato into halves and then into long strips. Put long strips (fries) into glassware or a pan or tray (nonaluminum), douse fries/potatoes with extra virgin olive oil (making sure oil gets all over potatoes). Bake in the oven on 350 or 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown on the outside of potatoes. Make sure to turn the potatoes from time to time to prevent sticking. When ready, let fries/potatoes cool down. Add fruit-based ketchup and sprinkle a little sea salt on your fries ? and you?re ready to go!

    3. Breads

    Good breads to eat include: BUCKWHEAT, KAMUT WHEAT, AMARANTH, TEFF, RYE and MULTI-GRAIN.

    4. Salda Dressing

    Make a big green leafy salad with Romaine lettuce and/or Green lettuce (avoid iceberg lettuce), tomatoes, radish, carrots, cucumbers and any other vegetable you like. Be inventive and sprinkle poppy seeds, gomacio (sesame seeds and sea salt), herbal seasoning and/or other spices on your salad. For a dressing, try using extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, apple cider or plum vinegar, lemon or lime juice (or combine them all). Remember , be inventive! You know what you like!

    5. Wheat gluten

    Wheat gluten is better than soy and i'd recommend it over soy any time. The problem with wheat gluten is that many Black people have a gluten intolerance which results in disease (Celiac's disease), so Blacks should be wary about this product, esp. if it causes health problems.

    Q: I am on my 3rd day of the fully body cleansing. I am definitely doing this to lose weight. I am a 52 year old, black, Christian, wife, mother to 21 and 14 year old girls, legal secretary who is 450 lbs. I am to the point now where if I don't do this I'm going to be housebound. I can barely move some days that is why I started this because I feel so unhealthy. I have a question about the nuts. I got all gun-ho and ordered $135.00 worth of organic nuts from nuts.com. I got raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, pecans, pistachios and cashews and mixed them all up together (well I purchased 2 lbs of each but I only mixed up 1 lb of each together). Anyway, I was reading about how much calories are in nuts. Should I not pay attention to that because I was consuming a lot of calories in the first place or do I have to watch how many nuts I eat? I have put some nuts in a sandwich bags and basically filled it up and that is supposed to be my nuts ration for the day. I am also eating fruits and vegetables. So far the fruit have been grapes, grapefruit, red apples, pears, green apples and bananas. The vegetables have all been in a salad: tomatoes, celery spinach leaves, carrots, mixed in balsamic vinaigrette. I only ate the salad Monday night all the other times I have just eaten the fruit and nuts. I am also consuming approximately 75-100 oz of water. Sorry I’m long winded I just wanted you to get the entire picture.

    Nuts are best kept to a minimum if you use them at all. Nuts are extremely high in fat and have the opposite omega 3- omega 6 ratio that is optimal for health. Seeds are best as far as ratios are concerned. Also nuts are truly easy to over eat and cause your nutrient ratios to be off.

     

    A healthy vegan diet is a high raw fruitarian diet. 

    Example:

    Breakfast: green smoothie. (500-1000 calories of fruits blended with a handful of greens and water)

    Bridge: Dates and strawberries (500 calories) 

    Lunch: Salad with low sugar fruits (cucumber, tomato, squash, bell peppers) topped with fruit, beans, psuedo grains, 

    Bridge: 2-3 apples

    Dinner: Raw wraps (collard greens) with low sugar fruit and tahini

    Snack: Sorbet

    Q: Is sea salt and warm water a good natural laxative? If so how often do you recommend the use of sea salt for elimination? I was reading The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs and it gives this recommendation, along with drinking lemon water mixed with organic syrup and cayenne pepper. Is it safe to give myself an enema 2xs per day using a hot water bottle filled with fresh squeezed organic lemon and distilled water? Asking this because Bzod had me to listen to 88.3 today here in Cincinnati and the guy (Mike) was telling how he does this regularly and has great results.

    Yes, sea salt in water is a mild laxative!

    I suggest you do it as often as you FEEL the need to drink or take it. It's really up to you, Beloved!

    I also recommend the Master Cleanse (cayenne, maple syrup, lemon juice). You can drink this as much as you like depending on how you feel.

    And yes, you can perform enemas 2X a day! Enemas are very helpful for health!

    Q: I purchased the children's detox and received it a couple of days ago. After reading the pamphlet that came with it, I was wondering where/what kind of milk can I purchase for my baby while she is on the detox? For example it said almond, soy, rice milk... can I buy the regular boxed almond, soy, rice milk? Or if I am going to use coconut milk, can I use the canned coconut milk?

    A:

    Yes .. you can use rice, almond, or coconut milk (I don't recommend soy) but REMEBER these milks lack all the essential nutrients a developing baby require so they must be fortified with nutrients (like spirulina or chlorell seaweed) or Dherbs liquid Iodine Phosphate formula (100% sea weeds) - dropping 12 dropperfuls per box of alternative milk (canned or boxed, doesn't matter). Add to milk and shake milk up and give to baby!

    Q: I have heard that there are tremendous benefits in taking coconut oil - three teaspoons every day before a meal. I have high cholesterol ( I just ordered your cholesterol herbs). Can I still take the coconut oil everyday or will this make my cholesterol go up?

    A:

    We do not recommend coconut oil for human health consumption. Coconut oil is too thick for flow through the veins. Olive oil is far better (for high cholesterol or any other health ailment).

    Take a look at coconut oil at room temperature. Many times it is thick. If at 98.6 degrees coconut oil is thick do you not think it will also be thick in your body? The human body temperature is 98.6 degrees, therefore the coconut oil will be just as thick in your body and this is frightening.

    Olive oil, Evening Primrose oil, Hemp seed oil, Flax Seed oil and Borage oil are better choices than Coconut oil!

    Q: Is it possible for a mother, and daughter to still share an aura after the age of two? If so, why? What would be the purpose of such a thing?

    A:

    By age 2 a child usually develops their own aura unless mother, and child have a unique tight bond. A child is influenced a lot by its mother's energy (aura), so it is not uncommon for a mother's aura to be the same as her child's past the age of 2. It could also be that both simply operate from the same emotions. The mother may have the spirit of child due to being spiritual.
