No, humans are non-meat eaters by nature. Eating meat (including fish) is a learned behavior. If you must consume meat, fish is the best option as the body finds it easier to digest.


Dangers

There are many circulating dangers pertaining to fish consumption. There are potentially harmful effects to human health from the chemicals found in fish.

First, most fish today are swimming in methyl mercury-laced waters. Secondly, most of the fish coming from the Atlantic waters near Great Britain are swimming in synthetic hormone-laced waters and many of the fish are turning up dead on the shores of beaches in England. But more surprisingly, scientists are baffled because these dead fish are neutered.

Mercury and other contaminants make fish-eating risky for pregnant women, lactating mothers, young children (12 and under), older people and people who are ill.

Especially dangerous are:

  • Swordfish
  • Shark
  • Tilefish
  • King mackerel
The Washington Post reported that pregnant women, lactating mothers and children 12 and under can safely consume up to 12 ounces of fish per week, but white (albacore) tune should be limited to 6 ounces per week because of high levels of mercury, which can be toxic to the brain and hearing.


Making choices

Many people choose to eat fish because of the high Omega 3 fatty acid content. There are alternatives. You can easily take an omega 3 supplement instead.

Some people simply can't give up eating meat. If you consume fish often, choose:
  • Whiting
  • Buffalo
  • Trout
  • Red snapper
  • Sardine
  • Tuna (the small ones), and
  • Salmon
Avoid consuming catfish because it is a scavenger fish that eats the filth of the ocean, lakes, and rivers. It even has a menstrual cycle.


Solutions

Those who eat fish quite often should also consume papaya enzymes and cayenne pepper to help kill any traces of parasite or worms found in the fish. You should also detoxify your body every three months.

    Q: Back in November 2007 I ate fish (grouper) at a restaurant and later that day I broke out in hives. I've never been allergic to fish before and I've never had hives before. Since that day I've had the hives (7 months), they come and go only because I have been controlling them somewhat now with "Xyzal" (antihistamine). I was given two separate rounds of prednisone (steroid) and I took weeks worth of benadryl. With the steroid I gained 10 lbs. Nothing helped until I started taking Xyzal. My question is I don't want to keep taking the antihistamine for the rest of my life to keep them away. I don't know what it was in the fish or maybe it just was a coincidence that it happened that very same day but I would like to know if there is anything you would suggest to help?

    Q: Hi it's me again. I just read what you said about meat and what I don't understand is if meat was not good for us why in the Bible people eat Lamb. How would you explain back in the Bible times during Abraham and Moses when they use to offer sacrifice and kill a lamb were they cruel and going against God. And those who couldn't afford animals like Lamb would use bird eggs. In the book of Exodus chp. 12: 11,21,27,43,48 and Lev. 23:5 and 12:3, Deut. 16:7and Exodus 34:25 when the death Angel was passing and God told them to kill a Lamb and put the blood on the door post and gave the command for them to roast it. How would you explain that because up until this day the Jews still eat Lamb. Even fish, it was fish that God used to feed the 5000 people. Are you saying I can't eat fish at all. I would like to know some of the things you eat in the place of meat , fish and chicken. I really want to change my eating habit.

    All meat consumption came AFTER the Fall of Man (Genesis Chapter 6). Man can eat meat while in a degenerate state but to return back to Eden he/she must go back to plant foods. Also, meat today is greatly TAINTED unlike meat 4,000 - 6,000 years ago! It's not the same. Jews are not the healthiest people, by the way! Health conscious people are!

    Q: I want to get the detox, however can I still eat fish and turkey products or know. How do I get my kids to eat only fruit & veggies at school? Or is some meat okay?

    We don't recommend eating animal flesh during the Full Body Detox. For your children, you may have to incorporate vegan meat alternatives for their school lunch while Detoxing otherwise it may be very difficult for them.

    Q: I have incorporated fish into my diet because I have been craving. Is moderation okay.... meaning my fruits for breakfast a regular lunch with salad and a salad for dinner okay to pretty much moderate other foods? It is challenging for me to become a vegan.     Q: I am at the end of the 3rd day of the Pancreas Cleansing Regimen, and need some clarification. I have kept away from man made sugars, dairy products and meat. Can I consume turkey and chicken while on this regiment? I assume I can eat fish.

    A:

    Q: Cholesterol is also made in the body and sometimes is high in people eating very little. It is an important "ingredient" in the make up of the human brain and helps to prevent joint problems. It is NOT a major contributor to heart disease. Perhaps the reason that vegetarians die (on average) at an earlier age than meat eaters is because they lack this substance? Or might it be that they eat so much of that VERY toxic substance, soy?

    A:

    Vegetarians are healthier than meat-eaters and actually live longer and with better health than meat-eaters. The insalubrious cholesterol is from animal sources (meat) and clearly meat-eaters eat meat. While soy is very toxic to the body, it is actually better to eat than meat which is more toxic to the body than soy as meat consumption puts parasites and worms into the body in addition to uric acid.

    Your stools will contain DEAD parasites and worm and a stool sample can be taken at a local hospital. It all depends on your situation if you will actually see them in your stools. Most people don't, but a few people have. People mainly see worms (bigger parasites) rather than parasites (microrganistic in nature).

You don't have to worry about the development of your baby's brain. The body intelligence has that covered. Meat is not protein unless you eat it raw (but the WHOLE animal must be eaten)!!!

    Is it safe to drink protein shakes to replace the protein instead of eating meat?

    Q: I have a 2 1/2 yr old boy who weighs 30 lbs and a 6 yr old daughter who weighs 60 lbs we have liquid forms of cod liver oil and "Hylands" calms pills, how much of each should we give to each child per day? Thank you for your time. *note: our son is EXTREMELY hyper active!-HELP US!!!*

    A:

    First of all, I cannot tell you how much of any formula to give your child, especially a formula that I didn't and don't manufacture.

    I don't recommend consuming cod liver fish oil at all. It is toxic! The liver holds the most toxins in the body of any creature. Cod liver fish oil is a waste byproduct. You'd do well to switch to a natural plant-based oil such as flaxseed oil, hemp seed oil, black currant seed oil, or borage seed oil and give that to your child

    .

    The other product seems like a drug which is no good for any child.

    In the alternative, give the child liquid herbal Kava Kava, Valerian Root, or St. John's Wort.

    Think about detoxifying your child from the drugs and toxins in his/her body.

    Q: My daughter has been diagnosed with Toxoplasmosis. She has an acute case in her eye causing loss of vision. Will your Parasite and Worm Kit do the job of ridding her of this?

    DHERBS: It will greatly help! We don't know the condition of your daughter, but if she follows all of our directions, our kit should wipe the toxoplasmosis out. This kind of parasite comes chiefly from cats. Does your daughter have a pet cat (or dog)?

    Q: Hey wassup Dherbs.com, I got a question about when people try to say they clean the meat with vinegar and citruses before they cook it. What does "cleaning" the meat have to do with the pesticides, worms, and other harmful things added to the meat? I read from your articles that the worms have a shell that forms in very high temperatures so it doesn't kill them.

    Q: Could you please tell me if you recommend castor oil or black currant seed oil to be used with the PARASITE FORMULA and at what quantity ( 1 tsp or more?)     Thanks for the question.I will answer the constipation question later. Here are five foods that will naturally speed up your metabolism. The more efficient your metabolism the more efficient your body will burn fat. Who doesn't want that?! 

    1: Grapefruit. Due to it's high alkalinity and high nutrient density it is a great food to rev up your metabolism. Have you heard of the grapefruit cleanse? It works! It's possible it works because you are consuming less calories and fat. However, I feel it also helps the body stay alkaline and allows your body to shed fat.

    2: Spices, especially cayenne pepper! All spices and herbs have an alkaline effect making them super foods for weight loss. One Canadian study found the use of spices enabled people to burn up to 1,000 more calories daily than those not incorporating spices into their diet. Cayenne pepper can raise metabolism up to 25 percent in another study.

    3: Apples: Apples have 80 calories in them. It takes nearly 100 to digest them. What does that mean for you? that you are getting a ton of nutrients while getting negative net calories. Sounds awesome to me! Also studies have shown that women who eat three apples a day burn more calories than those who didn't. Consider pears in the same category.

    4: Leafy greens including green tea. Green tea has special metabolism boosting powers. That why you see the green tea extracts everywhere. However, the extracts do not work. There is something special about using the whole food. You need synergy and so does your food. Spinach, kale, collards, etc are super healthy (what a revelation!!) metabolism amping powers. Obviously are negative calorie foods that go along way.

    5: Seeds! Add seeds to greens, smoothies, salads, or just about anywhere. All seeds are potent but the ones that we are talking about here are the tiny ones. Flax, chia, hemp, sesame, etc. They all have wonderful balances of essential fatty acids and in nature the best way to break down fat is with another fat.
