Vicious Vinegar

Vinegar, an impure dilute solution obtained by fermentation used as a preservative. It is not a food. It is a solvent. Interferes with the digestive process, retarding and preventing the proper assimilation of food causing ulcers, cancer. http://dherbs.com/images/dherbs400x400.jpg
Vinegar is an acidic liquid produced through fermentation. Today, vinegar is mostly used in cooking, but it has also been used medically and industrially. There are many different types of vinegar, all with different tastes and uses. Some of the most commonly found types are:
  • Balsamic
  • Apple Cider
  • Kombucha
  • Malt
  • Wine
  • White
  • Sherry
  • Rice
Vinegar and the Body

Since vinegar is a highly acidic substance, it has the ability to change the body's pH. Our body is designed to have a pH level of around 7.3. When this changes significantly, our bodies can be affected. The pH content varies between types of vinegars and even brands. Heavy vinegar ingestion can cause conditions like hypokalemia, octeoporosis and hyperreninemia.

However, small amounts of vinegar in foods will not cause harm to the body. Adding vinegar to a salad dressing or in a drink will not disrupt your body's pH levels to the point of disease.

Dangers of Too Much Vinegar

The destructive element of vinegar, especially white distilled and wine vinegar, is called Acetic Acid. It can destroy the red blood corpuscles, resulting in anemia and even cancer of the blood, or leukemia. Acetic acid also interferes with the digestive process, retarding and preventing the proper assimilation of food. Acetic acid can cause ulcers and hardening of the liver.

Vinegar, being highly acidic, can be very damaging to the blood. Some disorders due to high acidity levels include:
  • Herpes
  • Eczema
  • Psoriasis
  • Shingles
  • Dermatitis
Vinegar and Foods

Many of the foods we eat contain vinegar. Look at ingredient labels to identify if your foods contain vinegar. Remember, vinegar in moderation will not harm the body, but too much of anything can be unhealthy. Some high vinegar foods include:
  • Pickles
  • Relish
  • Mustard
  • Salad Dressing
  • Mayonnaise
  • Potato Chips
  • Dips
  • Canned or Preserved products
Be aware of what you are eating and how it affects the body. Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to food. Stick to organic vinegars when used and they are the least harmful to the body. Keeping the body's pH level moderated is essential to wellness.

Q: I was reading your article about vinegar being harmful to the body because of its acids and I was curious to know what you think of the Organic unpasturized, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with mother? I saw that at the end of the article it stated that "if you must" use vinegar to use the organic apple cider vinegar but, I have read many places that it has many health benefits such as reducing bad cholesterol, regulating blood pressure, eliminating toxic waste from the body, fighting fungal and bacterial infections, helping relieve joint pains, breaking down fat which helps in natural weight reduction.

    A:

I approve of apple cider vinegar for health purposes. Some good stuff!

Q: Thanks for your article about vinegar. I was just going to use it regularly with honey. Can you use it on your skin though? I was wondering if the acidity would be good for wrinkles or acne.

    A:

Glad you enjoyed the "Vinegar" article. I don't recommend vinegar on the skin. However, a little inn bath water won't hurt (say about half a cup). I recommend Oz-Oil for the skin. Oxygen is what the skin needs.

Q: I recently purchased your Parasite and Worm Kit and wanted to know what grains were good to eat during or after the cleanse. I eat Bulgur, brown rice, black rice, couscous, gold and brown flax seed and ground provisions i.e. yams, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, turnips and etc. Are these ok to eat during the Parasite and Worm Kit or after? Is apple cider or balsamic vinegar ok for consumption? My Queen and I look forward to removing all the parasites form our temple and projecting the increased vibration. Continue to shine the light.

    A:

Stay RAW while removing the parasites! If you stay mostly RAW, then on a few days you can engage yourself in some of the foods you mention below (maybe once a week)! But RAW is best! Apple Cider Vinegar is the BEST vinegar to use!

Q: I was wondering if it is okay to mix Mrs. Dash season blend with Olive Oil as a dressing for my salad? It tastes real bad with just Olive Oil alone, and I don't like the bitterness taste of lemon juice, and apple vinegar cider. Plus, what would you recommend for toppings to make the salad more interesting? Can I put olives, and cucumbers, etc.?

    A:

Do as you please as far as dressing goes! Just stay away from harmful ingredients! Mrs. Dash, seasonings, Olive Oil,

Q: Can you recommend the best form of liquid to use when making a tincture. I understand that alcohol is horrible for the human body but, is an exception when making a tincture? Should something else be used to pull out the alcohol soluble constituents out of the herbs? And if so, what is it?

    A:

The best liquid to use in making a tincture would be apple cider vinegar.

Q: Hey wassup Dherbs.com, I got a question about when people try to say they clean the meat with vinegar and citruses before they cook it. What does "cleaning" the meat have to do with the pesticides, worms, and other harmful things added to the meat? I read from your articles that the worms have a shell that forms in very high temperatures so it doesn't kill them.

    A:

You can't clean meat, Beloved. Period! Folks are doing something just to be doing something! All meat is corrupted and toxic! Period!

Q: I started the full body detox today, and found that I DO NOT like the salad dressing I made with the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I found I could not tolerate it on my salad. What can I do instead? Another question is... I noticed lentils on the food combining chart. Those have to be cooked. Are those actually allowed to be consumed warm? I love the raw fruits and vegetables. I don?t have a problem, cause I love salads. I just need help on what I can have on it.

    A:

I suggest you purchase a good salad dressing to your liking from a nearby health food store.

In re lentils, cooked foods are prohibited during the FBD!

Q: Lunch is organic salad dressing allowed or maybe fresh lemon juice and some extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) (cold pressed)

    A:

Organic salad dressing is a healthy alternative, but because they're bottled they usually contain preservatives to sustain their condition on store shelves. We recommend sticking to raw and fresh ingredients like using extra virgin olive oil as a base for homemade dressings. Adding apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sea salts and other spices are common ingredients for homemade dressings.

Q: This is my 3rd day on the cleanse. Last night I woke up around 2:00 am and I couldn't rest because I was having cramping in my thighs and buttock area. It was uncomfortable. I got up and stretched, walked, took a epsom salt bath. Finally after 3 hours I was able to rest. When I went to work when I am actively moving around I am fine. But, when I sit for any period of time my leg and buttock cramp. What suggestions might you have? I am pleased with the cleanse, but I would like to remedy this uncomfortable feeling. I have increased my H2O and potassium through eating more than 1 banana. HELP!!!!

    A:

Sounds like a circulation problem! Start getting up to move around or stretch every 15-30 minutes! be religious in doing this!

Sounds like you also need more potassium too. One banana isn't going to get the job done. You need to eat at least 5 bananas for minimum potassium. Otherwise, start taking 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water (with a pinch of sea salt added to it) for minimum potassium.

I would also recommend that you get a massage, preferably therapeutic deep tissue massage. Call Riann at (213) 220-0961. She's good, economical, and travels!!

Q: I would like to know (1) Why you would not recommend soy? (2) What are some good recipes that you could recommend that are simple to fix? (3) What breads are good to eat? (4) What salad dressings are good and do you make your own? and if you make your own, I would like to get that information. (5) Also what is the 411 on wheat gluten? I'm thankful for all information and time.

    A:

    1. Soy

Soy along with corn is the number one genetically-engineered crop on the planet. Soy is not digested in the body and this is why we shouldn't eat a lot of soy products or shouldn't eat it at all. Soy is an industrial product. I would only recommend soy as a meat-alternative.

    2. Recipes

Beloved, I recommend that you purchase the Full Body Detox Companion ($40) which includes numerous vegan and raw foods recipes. But here are a few freebies:

Famous Muslim Bean Soup (Small white/navy beans, celery, carrots, broccoli, garlic, onion, paprika, sea salt, maple syrup [optional]) Directions:

    1. Bring water in pot to a boil;

    2. Add beans, 2-3 tablespoons of sea salt, diced or chopped onions and garlic and let boil for about 45 minutes or until beans or soft/mashable;

    3. Add paprika, 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup, and diced or chopped carrots, celery and broccoli sprouts and let cook/boil for ten minutes;

    4. Let cool down to room temperature;

    5. Finished ? eat and enjoy! Great with some type of grain muffin.

Veggie Deli Sandwiches (Use TVP, soy, hemp, or seitan alternative "meat" slices available at good health food stores). You can add/use: Cheese (rice, almond, hemp, nut, or soy cheese ? remember: some of these cheeses contain "casein" which is a dairy product); Nayonnaise or Veganaise as a sandwich spread; Non-vinegar Mustard (i.e. Whole Food?s "Whole Kids" brand ); organic green or Romaine lettuce; organic tomatoes; Kosher dill pickles (I personally prefer Trader Joe?s brand of sour dill pickles as they are made without vinegar and taste great); grilled onions (optional). I also sprinkle a little Trocomore brand Herbal Seasoning (or sea salt) on my sandwich. I prefer my sandwich on sprouted wheat bread, rye bread, Kamut Egyptian wheat bread, spelt, or mixed grain bread (Alvarado Market brand). This sandwich goes good with Barbara?s brand potato chips (ruffled style).

Falafel Burger (to make a falafel burger patty: add chopped onions, black olives, and/or grated carrots and rice/almond/soy cheese; and mushrooms to your falafel mix; pour a little extra virgin olive oil on the pan or tray and let the falafel patty bake until ready).

ADD THE WORKS TO YOUR BURGER! i.e. lettuce (Romaine, Green), tomatoes, pickles, Nayonnaise or Vegnaise spread; mustard (Whole Kids brand); cheese (rice, soy, hemp, almond, etc.); raw or grilled onions; vegetarian chili; veggie bacon, etc. Sprinkle a little sea salt or herbal seasoning. Be imaginative and inventive! Satisfy your palate!

To add french fries to go with your burger: Wash and peel (unless you prefer to eat the potato skin) 1-2 organic Russet potatoes. Cut potato into halves and then into long strips. Put long strips (fries) into glassware or a pan or tray (nonaluminum), douse fries/potatoes with extra virgin olive oil (making sure oil gets all over potatoes). Bake in the oven on 350 or 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown on the outside of potatoes. Make sure to turn the potatoes from time to time to prevent sticking. When ready, let fries/potatoes cool down. Add fruit-based ketchup and sprinkle a little sea salt on your fries ? and you?re ready to go!

    3. Breads

Good breads to eat include: BUCKWHEAT, KAMUT WHEAT, AMARANTH, TEFF, RYE and MULTI-GRAIN.

    4. Salda Dressing

Make a big green leafy salad with Romaine lettuce and/or Green lettuce (avoid iceberg lettuce), tomatoes, radish, carrots, cucumbers and any other vegetable you like. Be inventive and sprinkle poppy seeds, gomacio (sesame seeds and sea salt), herbal seasoning and/or other spices on your salad. For a dressing, try using extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, apple cider or plum vinegar, lemon or lime juice (or combine them all). Remember , be inventive! You know what you like!

    5. Wheat gluten

Wheat gluten is better than soy and i'd recommend it over soy any time. The problem with wheat gluten is that many Black people have a gluten intolerance which results in disease (Celiac's disease), so Blacks should be wary about this product, esp. if it causes health problems.

Q: I was wondering in your list you include foods that are classified as acidic (AC). I thought we were to avoid acidic foods so we can stay alkaline or do we need some acidic foods? I am guessing that there is a better explanation but please let me know. My partner and I have changed our diet after watching your videos and Dr Sebi’s video and we are very curious about this.

    A:

I TRUST YOU READ MY ARTICLE THAT COVERS THESE FOODS BELOW. BELOVED, ACID FOODS ARE NOT BAD (UNHEALTHY) AND IN FACT YOU NEED SOME ACID FOODS TO BALANCE OUT THE DIET. THE PROBLEM IS WITH ACID-FORMING FOODS (COOKED FOODS: MEAT, DAIRY, REFINED STARCHES, REFINED GRAINS, ETC.). SO THERE'S A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACID FOODS AND ACID-FORMING FOODS. AND YOU DO KNOW THAT MOST OF WHAT WE ARE EATING IS HYBRIDIZED, RIGHT? WE ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF WHAT WE ARE EATING TODAY. EVEN DR. SEBI EATS HYBRIDIZED FOODS. HE CAN'T HELP IT. WE DON'T CONTROL THE FOOD SUPPLY. REMEMBER, MA'AM: BALANCE IN ALL THINGS. SOME ACID FOODS ARE GOOD AND NECESSARY BUT ACID-FORMING FOODS ARE UNHEALTHY AS THEY CREATE MUCUS IN THE BODY.

Q: I'm doing the Full Body Detox and I have a few questions about it: I get tired of drinking just the distilled water and I'd like to drink the herbal teas, but I don't like it by itself. Would it mess things up to add a pack or two of Splenda to my tea or maybe honey? I can't stand the salads with the olive oil or apple cider vinegar or the lemon juice as dressing and it makes me gag. I have To have some sort of salad dressing. What kind would be suitable? Do I look for sugar-free? Or organic and natural? I found one that is organic and natural, but it has 3 grams of sugar in it. Without eating all my whole grained breads and other fiber, I haven't had much of a bowel movement in 3 days, should I wait a while yet? (I had surgery on my bowels and always had to take fiber tablets and eat lots of grains to get my bowels to move.) I haven't done the enemas yet, (low on money) should I try that? Or should I resume my fiber tablets I normally take? Any type of fiber I could add to my fruit smoothies in the morning? I want to also do the female cleanse. Is it ok to do that immediately after I finish the full body cleanse or should I wait for a little while? Thank you for all your help, I feel much better than I did before and I just started this detox a week ago, lost 10 pounds, too, woohoooooo! Thank you

    A:

    1. Splenda is a POISON and your are detoxing your body from poison. Herbal teas are fine during the FBD, but f you want sweetness, try maple syrup, stevia herb, honey, or agave nectar. These are NATURAL sweeteners.

    2. In re Salad Dressing, as long as it's not a commercial junk brand, GO FOR IT!!!! Get the best salad dressing possible.

    3. The fiber pills are not part of the FBD so I wouldn't advise those. I'd simply advise you to drink prune juice or to start eating prunes. Fruit is you best choice of fiber so look into eating more papaya, mango, figs, etc. And yes, colonics (and enemas) would greatly help you - undoubtedly!

    4. You can do the Total Woman Cleanse right after you finish detoxing. There's no need to wait!

Q: Why does excess acid in the stomach comes back up? What can I do to stop it from coming back up?

    A:

You are too acidic and the Body Intelligence is rejecting the acid for your own good. You cannot stop it from coming back up nor should you want to. The proper thing to do is to stop eating acid-forming foods which is the real problem.

Acid-forming foods include all meats, all dairy products, all processed food-stuffs, soda pop, coffee, wine, pastries, refined grains, anything processed and refined.

Eat more raw, organic fruits and vegetables (especially green vegetables) for they are alkaline which counteracts acidity. Our Electric Greens formula does the same thing.

Q: Is it healthy to totally eradicate acidity from the body, or should one keep the balance in acidity and alkalinity?

    A:

YOU WANT TO ERADICATE UNHEALTHY ACIDITY. THERE'S A GOOD ACID AND A BAD ACID OR A HEALTHY ACID AND UNHEALTHY ACID. UNHEALTHY ACID COMES FROM EATING DEAD FOODS, I.E. MEAT, DAIRY PRODUCTS, ETC.

Q: I have incorporated fish into my diet because I have been craving. Is moderation okay.... meaning my fruits for breakfast a regular lunch with salad and a salad for dinner okay to pretty much moderate other foods? It is challenging for me to become a vegan. Do you have any suggestions on how to still eat healthy to maintain an alkalized body with certain foods with moderation that are not raw? I still drink my green veggies at least twice a day. I am praying that my results will be negative.

    A:

FISH IN MODERATION IS OKAY FOR YOU. TO MAINTAIN ALKALINITY, DESPITE THE ACID-FORMING THINGS YOU EAT, JUST MAKE SURE TO EAT AS MANY GREEN FOODS AS POSSIBLE. YOU CAN ALSO TAKE 6 CAPSULES OF ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD TOO! YOU’RE DOING GOOD SO KEEP YOUR THOUGHTS POSITIVE AND ON YOUR DESIRES.

Q: I'm a personal trainer with a client who suffers from acid reflux. She was taking on teaspoon of apple cider vinegar a day and that was keeping it under control. One of her favorite foods is grapefruit. Her reflux has gotten worse and her doctor has since put her on medication to keep it under control. Is there anything that she can do that is more natural and can place her body back in balance?

    A:

This person needs to consider performing the FULL BODY DETOX and after such detox, do a daily regimen of ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD, ACID BUSTER, ENZYMES FORMULA, and DIGEST AID. For right now, she needs more alkalinity in her system which comes from green foods. Alkalinity counteracts acidity. Have her drink vegetable juice daily.

Q: I am trying to contact you in regards to my young cousin she is 22 yeas old and is currently hospitalized in relation to her Chron's Disease. She seems to be in pretty bad shape and having numerous flare ups. She also has ulcerative colitis she is dealing with in conjunction with the Chron's disease. Do you think she is in to bad of shape to try and heal this naturally? If not what would you suggest she does? My family is all but given up and thinks she is dying. She is very depressed which I don't think is helping her.

    A:

It is never too late to heal from any disease the natural route. She has excess mucus in her body causing the flare-ups. Basically, she's very acidic and the hospital drugs will only exacerbate the problem - guaranteed! Put her on some herbs (liquid detox, detox tea bags, liquid mucus buster, etc. Give her some Aloe Vera juice to drink for the ulcer. Cabbage juice is the best thing for ulcers. Keep her away from acidic foods! Get her out of the hospital where you can do these things I mention above.

Q: First of all I just wanted to thank you so much for enlightening me. I have become a devoted reader daily, for the last 6 months. I have become vegatarian and almost vegan. I eat very little dairy by products such as salad dressing ect. I personally want to thank you for the knowledge that you have shared with us. I had my gallbladder removed about 16 years ago, and I was reading the article on High Cholesterol, and I have a question. Since I do not have a storage place for stomach bile. What dangers can come about with the bile just circulating in my body? When I was unconcious I never though about not having my gallbladder. The doctor said you have gallstones, and you need your gallbladder taken out. I did not ask any questions, due to my ignorance and enormous cramp like pains. At times, I wonder if the bile which has an acid taste is eating away at my organs. Please forgive my ignorance, but my mind wonders. So is there a herb that I can take that will do what my lack of gallbladder should do?

    A:

Thank you for your words! I'd suggest you perform the Full Body Detox and after completion of the cleanse start taking the Liver-Gallbladder-Spleen formula. Bile is alkaline so it's not that bad. However, the bile should not be circulating in your blood.

Q: My son was diagnosed with Stevens Johnson Syndrome. Jan. 2007, 10-day hospital stay,. Jan 2008, 8-day stay. This is terrible, more like biological experiment results put in place a long time ago. I’ve been thinking, and feeling, he needed to be detoxified. I am not knowledgeable on these toxic, viral, bacteria, fungus, whatever this thing is. I just don't understand it. The doctors don’t either. Where does it come from? When did it come? My Son is 16 years, trying to finish school. I will continue praying and seeking answers. I know I want to help him to be, and stay safe from the diseases, syndromes, pharmaceutical medications, misinformation, streets, and bad association. Thank You

    A:

"Stevens-Johnson Syndrome" Stevens-Johnson Disease takes its name from two doctors, Albert M. Stevens, American pediatrician, b. 1884; and F.C. Johnson, an American physician, b. 1894. What is Stevens-Johnson syndrome? Stevens-Johnson syndrome is medically defined as: “A serious, sometimes fatal inflammatory disease affecting children and young adults. It is characterized by the acute onset of fever, bullae on the skin, and ulcers on the mucous membranes of the lips, eyes, mouth, nasal passage, and genitalia. Pneumonia, pain in the joints, and prostration are common. A complication may be perforation of the cornea. The syndrome may be an allergic reaction to certain drugs, or it may follow pregnancy, herpes virus I, or other infection. See also erythema multiforme.†– Mosby’s Medical Dictionary, 3rd ed., p. 1117 Okay, now to break things down in layman’s term for purposes of clear and simple understanding. So-called Stevens-Johnson syndrome is a medical term applied to a case of toxicity whereby the blood and lymph fluids are greatly polluted and toxic and whereby there is a large presence of MUCUS in the body (specifically the mucous membranes, the internal skin), which causes INFLAMMATION! When the skin is inflamed, mucus (thick, yellowish colored mucus) is usually the culprit. There are two kinds of mucus: bad mucus which is yellow-greenish in color, thick, stubborn and very sticky; and, good mucus, “a viscous, slippery secretion of the mucous membranes and glands, containing mucin, white blood cells, water, inorganic salts, and exfoliated cells.†– Mosby’s supra, p. 774 All skin conditions are blood disorders. The skin always manifests the condition of the blood. External skin problems also denote internal skin problems and what is the external skin? Answer: The mucous membranes! Mucous membrane is medically defined as: “any of four major kinds of thin sheets of tissue that cover or line various parts of the body. Mucous membranes line cavities or canals of the body that open to the outside, such as the lining of the mouth, the digestive tube, the respiratory passages, and the genitourinary tract. It consists of a surface of epithelial tissue covering a deeper later of connective tissue and protects the underlying structure, secretes mucus, and absorbs water, salts and other solutes. Compare serous membrane, skin, synovial membrane.†– Mosby’s supra, p. 774 Now, WHOOMP, There it is! Clearly, Stevens-Johnson syndrome is an adverse condition of the mucous membranes whereby the mucous membranes are inflamed (mucositis) due to an over-acidic condition (or acidosis). Now, in the definition of mucous membranes supra, it states the mucous membranes covers certain parts of the body and line cavities or canals of the body that open to the outside, i.e. mouth, digestive tube, respiratory passage, and genitourinary tract. Now in the definition of the syndrome itself supra, where does the syndrome manifest? Did not the definition (of Stevens-Johnson syndrome) say: “…. skin, … mucous membranes of the lips, eyes, mouth, nasal passage, and genitalia?†Yes it did! Are not these body parts, cavities or canals of the body that open to the outside of the body? Yes they are! Well, there you have it! Clearly Stevens-Johnson syndrome is a big medical word (though not that big and/or complex) describing something so basic as a mucus congestion leading to skin inflammation of certain cavities and canals of the body that lead to the outside, i.e. MOUTH (which includes the lips), EYES (which includes the cornea), NASAL PASSAGE (which links to the nose), and GENITALIA. Causes of Stevens-Johnson syndrome Because this syndrome (disease) involves mucus that tie into (or stems from) acidity, we know that the physical manifestation of this disease stems from poor and/or insalubrious diet, one high in acid-forming and mucopurulent so-called foods and beverages, i.e. meat (slaughtered animal flesh), dairy products (cow snot and pus); refined grains (i.e. white bread, white rice, white flour, pastries like cakes, cookies, donuts, etc.) and starches and a host of other so-called foods, as well as soda pop, milk, beer, wine, coffee, cocoa, etc. The greatest culprit of the physical manifestation of this disease is MUCUS from acid-forming foods (DEAD FOODS)! But because diet is involved here, this means the disease degenerative in nature and is 100% REVERSIBLE via change of diet and lifestyle as well as mindset/thought process and attitude. Healing from Stevens-Johnson syndrome naturally Like with every other major disease, DETOXIFYING the body is the first external step in healing from this disease. We actually begin the detox process when we begin to eat live, organic, sun-cooked or sun-baked foods, i.e. fruits and vegetables. Therefore, a change to a RAW FOODS and VEGAN-vegetarian diet would be ideal for healing. It would be wise to abstain from consuming all meat, dairy, refined grains, and refined starch products, and all acidic and effervescent beverages (i.e. soda pop, beer, etc.). Drink plenty of water (half gallon to gallon, depending on your body weight). Water helps to dissolve hardened mucus in the body. If you can find alkaline water, drink this water. The best waters are alkaline pH, negative charged, microclustered or structured, and ionic. The best way to get this kind of water is via ionic water machines from Asia. See www.ionizers.org/alkalife.html for more information. Soak daily in hot water (or warm water if you prefer), sea salt (1-2 boxes), and 1 cup 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Soak for at least 30 minutes before you start bathing. Rub your body down (from had to toe) after all baths/soaks and/or showers with Dherbs.Com OZ OIL. This is a miraculous healing oil and one of our best sellers! Our customers rave about this oil. There are plenty of herbs that can assist in the healing of Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Alterative herbs or blood cleansing and purifying herbs, expectorant herbs, and mucilaginous herbs are the ideal herbs here. Good blood-cleansing herbs include Oregon Grape, Pau D’ Arco, Echinacea Root, Manjistha, Goldenseal Root, Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Ilex, and Yellow Dock Root to name a few. Good mucus-ridding or expectorants herbs include Mullein Leaf, Eucalyptus, Fenugreek Seed, Boneset, Elecampane, Coltsfoot, and Lobelia to name a few. Good mucilaginous herbs include Slippery Elm Bark, Irish Moss, Marshmallow, and Guar Gum to name a few. These herbs should be taken together in a compound or mixture (not every single one of them, in case you can’t obtain all of them, but most of them). Dherbs.Com products that can assist in healing from Stevens-Johnson syndrome include FULL BODY DETOX (and CHILDREN DETOX (liquid extracts) for small children), 10-DAY SUPREME COLON CLEANSE, and 10-DAY SUPREME BLOOD CLEANSE kit. If You Took Seafood Out of Your Diet, How Would it Really Help the Planet?

In the past 40 years, more than half of the world’s wildlife has been eradicated by human activities. Among the most impacted vertebrates include mammals, birds, reptiles, and (to the dismay of many ocean lovers) fish.

With ocean acidification and climate change already causing some major problems in today’s oceans, humans have a lot more to own up to. Most people may not even realize that their daily choices are causing problems worldwide. Whether or not you want to believe it, the simple act of eating commercially caught fish should be added to the list of threats facing our oceans. With millions of fish caught each year to reach the fish demands that humans have today, it’s time to get down and dirty on the topic of fish consumption.
