The Fraud of Remissionhttp://dherbs.com/images/dherbs400x400.jpg
Remission is not a cure. It is a legal and medical definition for the state in which a cancer is responding to treatment and appears to be under control. A partial remission means that the cancer has shrunk, but not disappeared. A complete remission is when all symptoms or signs of the disease disappear.
If you study legal language, especially as used by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), you will discover that the term "cure" does not mean "healed" because you will not find the word "heal" in federal or state legislation; only the term "cure." And because the word "heal" is not found in legal definitions or statutory provisions of the term "cure" (i.e. 21 U.S.C. sec. 321), the two terms (cure and heal) are not interchangeable or identical.
A drug could never legally heal anyone because you don't find the word "heal" in the definition of a drug:
- (g)(1) The term "drug" means (A) articles recognized in the official United States Pharmacopoeia, official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, or official National Formulary, or any supplement to any of them; and (B) articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in man or other animals; and (C) articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals; and (D) articles intended for use as a component of any article specified in clause (A), (B), or (C). A food or dietary supplement for which a claim, subject to sections 403(r)(1)(B) and 403(r)(3) or sections 403(r)(1)(B) and 403(r)(5)(D), is made in accordance with the requirements of section 403(r) is not a drug solely because the label or the labeling contains such a claim. A food, dietary ingredient, or dietary supplement for which a truthful and not misleading statement is made in accordance with section 403(r)(6) is not a drug under clause (C) solely because the label or the labeling contains such a statement. FDA ACT, 21 U.S.C.
Based upon the above, we discover that only a drug can cure and since drugs are foreign to the human body, anything foreign to the human body could never heal or balance it: restoring the body to homeostasis. Thus, "cure" is a fraudulent and misleading term as commonly used and understood in our society.
Cure could only mean to mask a symptom because that's all drugs can do. So if drugs can cure, this only implies that to be cured of a disease simply means to have the disease's symptoms masked or managed. And when this occurs, legally and medically, it can be said that a disease is in remission or, in other words, temporary recovery.
Why is the recovery temporary?
Recovery only means the body has stabilized from the inundation of drugs, radiation, and/or chemotherapy. It has nothing to do with the actual disease.
The symptom of a disease cannot become the actual disease itself. We have two separate things here: disease and symptom, or cause and effect. For example, we have mucus in the lungs as cause and cough or coughing as the effect. If we treat the cough (via cough medication), we are only addressing the effect and not the cause. If we leave the cause (mucus) intact in the body, the effect (cough or coughing) is sure to come back.
You are not out of danger or harms way with remission of a disease. Disease is still present in your body.
Disease is either present or absent. You're either healthy or unhealthy. You either have cancer or you don't. You either have diabetes or you don't. Anybody can be a candidate for any disease by virtue of their diet, lifestyle, and thought process; but being a candidate for something and being the something are two different things. They are not equal.
So, your cancer is in remission due to chemotherapy and/or radiation? Unfortunately, you still have cancer. Your body is battling the effects of the chemotherapy and radiation and has no time for the cancer and ignores it because the cancer is not more of a threat to your existence than the chemotherapy and radiation.
If a disease is in remission, it is still present, especially if you are eating the same diet, living out the same lifestyle, and thinking the same thought process and it could be just a matter of time before the symptoms of the disease go on a rampage again.

Yes, the FDA mailed Dherbs.com a "warning letter" on June 9, 2008 alleging Dherbs.com of all kinds of specious violations of the FDA Act. After our legal department responded to the "warning letter" on June 30, 2008 with a very lengthy response elucidating Dherbs.com's position and intention as a company and with the sale of its compounds and formulas and its educational articles, Dherbs.com received a response letter from the FDA in late July 2008 clearly stating that Dherbs.com was in fact not in violation of the FDA Act. Some of the content of the Dherbs.com "warning letter" is as follows: I. Products Promoted For Conditions That Cause Products To Be Drugs In response to #1, Dherbs.Com, Dherbs.com, does not promote any therapeutic claims for any product (hereinafter "Compound", "Formula", and/or "Herbaceutical") on its website within the "legal" context of these terms. Dherbs.Com has, since July 2006, began the process of obliterating mention of every specific government owned, trademarked, registered, patented, and copyrighted medical term for disease, i.e. Cancer, Genital Herpes, Diabetes, etc. in all marketing, advertising, and promotional materials on its website (notwithstanding its articles and for educational purposes only), fully recognizing that these medical terms (1) are negative and fear-inducing, and (2) are the property of the United States government and thus can be regulated by its owner. My personal research has led me to the secret that the government created and owns every medical term found in the Merck Manual and as such, I do not want to commit copyright infringement and/or play a role in keeping people entrapped with sickness, negativity, and fear. CAVEAT: Please take note that I will inform the American people and other healers of the healing arts of this scheme of the FDA that unknowingly ties people/organizations to the FDA's jurisdiction without due process of law in addition to keeping them trapped in the Matrix. Dherbs.Com and its owner are respecters of the law and do not believe in the practice of property right infringement. However, Dherbs.Com, will continue to use these trademarked, registered, patented, and copyrighted medical terms for exclusive purposes of educating and teaching the ignorant American masses, especially African-Americans, under their/his U.S.Const.Amend.1 right of "Free Speech" which is being exercised against your agency. Education and teaching are secured and protected by U.S.Const.Amend.1 and "... A person's business, profession, trade, occupation, labor and the avails from each constitute "property" envisioned in the [Due Process] provision, U.S.Const.Amend.5. The right to follow any of those activities is "liberty" as also envisioned therein, People v. Brown, 96 N.E. 2d 888, 899, 407 Ill. 565 (1950) "Education". Comprehends not merely the institution received at school or college, but the whole course of training; moral, religious, vocational, intellectual, and physical. Education may be particularly directed to either the mental, moral, or physical powers and faculties, but in its broadest and bst sense it relates to them all. Acquisition of all knowledge tending to train and develop the individual. See also Board of Education. Black's Law Dictionary, 5th edition, pg. 461 Please note that federal law is clear in that: "The government [FDA] infringes on protected activity whenever it punishes or threatens to punish speech, Bass v. Richards (10th Cir. 2002) 308 F.3d 1081 For your edification, Dherbs.Com, does not use or sell "drugs" BUT "herbaceuticals" and I define "Herbceutical" as "An organic compound administered with the intention for ingestion into the body to provide nutrition (nourishment) via essential nutrients and assimilated to provide energy and to promote the Growth, Repair, and Maintenance essential for sustaining life". Basically, what I sell is food, not drugs! Constructive notice has been given to your agency If the FDA does continue to consider Dherbs.Com's Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals as "drugs" as specifically defined in 21 U.S.C. 321 (g)(1)(B) after my good faith intention supra of what they really are, the FDA must make sure that it can prove every element of the legal definition of "drug" (21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)(B) to Dherbs.Com's Compounds, Formulas, or Herbaceuticals in a court of law (United States District Court) before a jury. Federal law is clear in that "...In a criminal case, all the elements of the crime (violation of the Act, 21 U.S.C.) must be proven by the government [FDA, DOJ] beyond a reasonable doubt. In re Winship, 397 U.S. 358, 90 S.Ct. 1068, 25 L.Ed.2d 368 Congress defines "drug" as: "... articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in man or animal." 21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)(B) The elements of 21 U.S.C. 321 (g)(1)(B) for purposes of prosecution and conviction of violating "the Act" are: Article Intended (Intention) Use Diagnosis Cure Mitigation Treatment Prevention Disease Dherbs.Com, hereby gives the FDA constructive notice of its/his INTENTION with Dherbs.com's Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals and it is as follows: "The direct, explicit, conscious, purposeful, and willful INTENT of Dherbs.Com and its owner is to utilize its/his Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals for purposes of administration with the intention of ingesting for purposes of nourishing the body via essential nutrients that are assimilated by the body for purposes of providing the body with energy and to promote the growth, repair, and maintenance essential for sustaining life." Clearly this definition supra is not synonymous with the definition of the term "drug" defined in 21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)(B) and cannot be construed as such by the FDA as federal law is clear in that ".. Statutes cannot be enlarged to embrace matters not specifically pointed out, "Gould vs. Gould, 245 U.S. 151, and People v Redmond, 246 Cal.App.2d 852; and, "...The court cannot create an offense by enlarging the statute, or by inserting or deleting words, nor should we do so by giving a false meaning to its words. " People v Baker, 69 Cal.App.2d 44. If the courts (judicial branch) cannot create offenses by enlarging statutes (i.e. "the Act"), or by inserting words, or by giving false meaning to words, then logic dictates that the Executive branch of government [FDA] cannot also do the same, especially since the Executive branch of government [FDA] does not have the lawful (constitutional) authority to legislate or make laws, but can only enforce them. For the FDA or any agency of the Executive branch of government to do so would be a clear violation of the Separation of Powers Doctrine. Dherbs.Com does not focus on disease nor does it mention this term in any of its promotional or advertising materials. Dherbs.Com only focuses on (1) Health, (2) Healing, and (3) Wellbeing, divine birthrights of all people, including U.S. citizens. The federal government [Congress] is regulating health by regulating disease using a form of word and linguistic magic and alchemy, or word play, which is highly effective against the masses of the people due to their overall grand ignorance in general and their lack of being legally astute in particular. But Dherbs.Com is assisted in all earthly endeavors by the gods, as well as a legion of angels and archangels, spirit guides, and cosmic forces to do good for all living beings on the planet and if you doubt this fact, if you move against me and Dherbs.com on any grounds, you'll find this out firsthand. WARNING: I'm not like the average person or herbalist! In a criminal prosecution for alleged violation of "the Act", the FDA would also have to establish and prove before the court (jury) that Dherbs.Com and/or the owners of Dherbs.Com's "intent" or "intention" was to purposefully, knowingly, and willfully violate "the Act". The federal courts have ruled that "... Intent is an element or requisite of a crime and must be proven by the prosecution, "U.S. v. Johnson, 718 F.2d 1317. The government [FDA, DOJ] must prove "intent" as an element of an alleged violation of "the Act" and based upon the above it would be virtually impossible for the FDA to prove that the "willful" intent on the part of Dherbs.Com (and the owners of Dherbs.Com) was to intentionally, purposefully, willfully, and knowingly violate "the Act" by intentionally, purposely, willfully, and knowingly administering their Compounds, Formulas, and/or Herbaceuticals for purposes of use in diagnosing, curing, mitigating, treating, or preventing disease. Furthermore, Dherbs.Com exclusively teaches, and has always taught people, that no product, herbal or pharmaceutical (drug, medication), can "cure" or "heal" because disease itself doesn't and didn't come out of a bottle so therefore a "cure" or even "wholistic healing" can't or won't come out of a bottle. True healing is wholistic and must take place on all eight levels (or bodies) of existence including the physical, etheric, astral, mental, etheric template, celestial, and ketheric template levels or bodies. This teaching is protected by U.S.Const.Amend.1 ("Free Speech") and U.S.Const.Amend.5 ("Personal Liberty"). Dherbs.Com also gives the FDA notice that it's philosophy and belief on "cure" (when it is construed to mean totally healed') and "healing" is that ALL disease can be "cured", "healed", "eradicated" or "reversed" by a person doing five (5) things, which are: Change of Thought/Thinking (to Positive Thinking) Change of Attitude (to a Positive Mental Attitude and Outlook) Change of Diet (to a salubrious diet consisting of organic raw foods and vegan foods and good drinking water) Change of Lifestyle (to a salubrious and righteous lifestyle) Change of Environment (to a salubrious and energy conducive environment) Please notice that in the above we do not mention the term "disease" and absent the term "disease" one cannot diagnose, cure, mitigate, prevent, or treat "disease". When you focus on healing exclusively, you give no room for focus on disease. Drugs only exist for disease, so when you eradicate the term "disease" you also eradicate the term "drug" for a drug cannot exist without disease in the world of allopathic, Western medicine. II. Therapeutic Claims Establish Products as Drugs In response to the FDA "warning letter" of June 9, 2008, Dherbs.Com and its owners do not make any therapeutic claims, in the "legal sense", for its Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals and since July 2006 we've been in the process of re-wording our words to make sure they emit positive energy and not the negative energy which is the focus of the FDA and other governing bodies. It's a slow process but I've already started the process. Even without this letter to me you would have witnessed this change (of words for change of energy), Furthermore Dherbs.Com and its owner, do not market, advertise, or promote its/his Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals as substances that affect the structure or function of the body outside of the body's normal or natural structure and function. As such and clearly predicated upon the above, Dherbs.Com Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals (referred to as 'products' in the "warning letter") cannot be defined as or construed as "drugs" as defined in 21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)(B). III. Disease Claims in the Form of Testimonials Dherbs.Com and the owners of Dherbs.Com hereby give notice to the FDA that as of the date of this correspondence Dherbs.Com website has not removed any testimonials that the FDA alleges contains "disease claims" and also alleges that Dherbs.Com used supplemental metatags to bring consumers to its website through Internet searches. Furthermore, the FDA quoted no law to substantiate these words or allegations in it's warning letter like it did elsewhere and throughout the warning letter for other matters covered in the warning letter. In regards to alleged "disease claims", the FDA in its "warning letter" (page 3) stated: "Your website also contains disease claims in the form of personal testimonials, including 'The herpes is gone and I can feel it! " - 'The detox kit I gave my friend knocked out his hepatitis in 3-weeks.' However, the FDA did not explicitly notify Dherbs.Com in its "warning letter" that Dherbs.Com website's alleged claims of "disease claims" violated "the Act" and thus should or must be removed to prevent further violation of "the Act". It is Dherbs.Com and the owner of Dherbs.Com position that testimonials on its website are given freely by the American people via free will and secured and protected by U.S.Const.Amend.1 "Free Speech" Clause. Dherbs.Com or its owner, Dherbs.com, does not tell people what to say. Dherbs.Com and its owner cannot be held responsible for the words of other people. The words contained in the testimonial section of the website do not contain fighting words or words intended to incite violence or harm. Also, Dherbs.Com website's Testimonial page does not market, advertise, or promote any of Dherbs.Com's Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals though some people mention them in their testimonials. The Testimonial page is not part of the on-line store where Dherbs.Com markets, advertises, and promotes its Compounds, Formulas, Herbaceuticals, and local healing services. It is not the intention of Dherbs.Com and its owner to market, advertise, or promote its Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals in its Testimonial section and never was or will be, though the matter is really irrelevant to the subject matter at hand. Dherbs.Com, clearly state that Dherbs.Com and its owner, myself, have an argument regarding its Testimonial page being censored due to allegedly promoting "disease claims". Dherbs.com does not believe that 'to mention' presupposes or even explicitly means 'to market, advertise, or promote' and we hereby give notice that the intention of the Testimonial page is to exclusively share the experiences of people whose lives have been touched and transformed by the magic of Dherbs.Com and, it is not the intention of Dherbs.Com or its owners to directly, knowingly, purposely, intentionally, or willfully market, advertise, and promote its Coumpounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals via testimonials. However, since its Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals are not "drugs" as defined by "the Act", Dherbs.Com and its owner have carte blanche authority and freedom to market, advertise, and promote its Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals. However, reiterating, it is not our intent to do such. Dherbs.Com is a resource center not limited to natural compounds, but a wide range of various services and a virtual library of information. It is important to note that in Dherbs.Com's Testimonials, people give broad testimonies about Dherbs.Com excellent customer service, information (articles), how the unique health knowledge of Dherbs.com helped changed their lives and perception on life, living, diet, and how a particular Compound, Formula, or Herbaceutical helped their overall health and wellbeing. The FDA's "warning letter" on page 4 specifically mentions "If you have any questions regarding this letter, please contact Mary Lynn Datoc, Compliance Officer, at () -608-4428, " however, on or about Thursday June 12, 2008, I personally called Mary Lynn Datoc and left her a message requesting a return phone call to discuss the "warning letter" and leaving her two contact telephone numbers in which she could reach me; but the attempt was futile because myself or Dherbs.Com did not receive and have not received a single response or return phone call to the telephone call of June 12, 2008. I'm still waiting! The FDA has all of my telephone numbers! There's no excuse! I, Dherbs.com, is requesting the FDA to provide substantiating law detailing how testimonials constitute marketing, advertising, and promoting and/or how Dherbs.Com testimonials violated "the Act". If I don't receive a response in 10 days to this request, I will presume you have abandoned your presentments and thus incurring laches. Dherbs.Com and its owner's argument made to the FDA that prohibiting free speech via testimonials on a website due to alleged "disease claims" mentioned in certain testimonials absent any law to substantiate the claim made by the FDA constitutes a most basic violation of U.S.Const.Amend.1 and is grounds for a federal lawsuit against the FDA and I have no problem suing any person or agency as I am very astute pertaining to law. The FDA under law has a duty to respond to Dherbs.Com and its owner's request for legal substantiation of its alleged "disease claims" constituting a violation of "the Act". Federal law is clear in that "Agencies must respond to the arguments made to them, "Lwin v. I.N.S. (7th Cir. 1998) 144 F.3d 505, 512 The above forms the basis of Dherbs.Com and its owner's Petition For Writ of Mandamus, 28 U.S.C. 1651 to be filed if a response to this document is not received by July 17, 2008. In regards to alleged "disease claims" supplemented by the metatags allegedly used to bring consumers to Dherbs.Com's website through Internet searches, Dherbs.Com and its owner deny that this was it/his intent and perhaps was a function of the search engine optimization process unbeknownst to the owner of Dherbs.Com. However, due to discovering the link between search engine optimization companies and "key Internet words", i.e. dietary supplement, herbal remedies, etc. and the government (who created certain words used by search engine optimization companies), Dherbs.Com and its owner hereby give notice that Dherbs.Com charges the FDA with a violation of Due Process of Law and gives notice it/he will STILL use these terms for "business" purposes only. We do not control the search engine optimization industry and thus cannot change these terms. VI. Products Are New Drugs Clearly, because Dherbs.Com and its owner have clearly established that their Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals are not "drugs" as defined in "the Act", the assertion that Dherbs.Com's Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals are "new drugs" (21 U.S.C. 355(a)) is moot, frivolous, spurious, and specious. Dherbs.Com Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals are not marketed, advertised, and promoted to diagnose, cure, mitigate, prevent, or treat disease but to promote healing, health, and wellbeing. Dherbs.Com's Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals are mixtures of God's herbs, which were created by God 'for the service of man' (Psalm 104:14), as 'medicine' (Ezekiel 47:12), and 'for the healing of the nations,' (Revelation 22:2). The owners of Dherbs.Com's belief in the above Biblical passages are secured and protected under U.S.Const.Amend.1 "Free Speech" Clause. V. Products Misbranded The assertion that Dherbs.Com's labels are misbranded within the meaning of 21 U.S.C. 502(f)(1) is moot because again, Dherbs.Com's Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals are not "drugs" (21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)(B) number one, and thus the FDA has no power of regulation over Dherbs.Com's Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals or Dherbs.Com to instruct it on what to say; number two, every Compound, Formula, and Herbceutical in fact clearly lists "directions" on how the Compounds, Formulas, and Herbceauticals should be taken by ADULTS and CHILDREN. VI. Dherbs.Com Responsibility To Ensure Products Marketed Complies With "the Act". DHERBS.COM RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE PRODUCTS MARKETED COMPLY WITH THE ACT Dherbs.Com clearly ensure and will continue to ensure that its Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals does not violate "the Act" or any law of the U.S. or any state because the Compounds, Formulas, and Herbaceuticals will NEVER EVER become drugs or contain inorganic and man-made compounds. Never in a million years! My goal as a law abiding citizen is to be in harmony with all laws, including "the Act", that do not violate personal principles predicated upon Higher law. The owner of Dherbs.Com is no Kevin Trudeau who is very unwise in attempting to use government owned terms, i.e. "products", "cure, " and "disease" to market, advertise, and promote his products to the people (citizens) around the world. I personally appreciate his appeal and his passion but I personally feel he is in grave error. Dherbs.Com believes in and practices the path of least resistance and know that with government (Congress, State legislators) and its laws and regulations (i.e. 21 U.S.C.) one is dealing with a "word game" for purposes of "word control" for purposes of "mind control" for purposes of "control". It's nothing but a game and all games, including the game of life, have rules but also require skill for purposes of success at playing the game. The owner of Dherbs.Com understands this and very well. Like late rapper 2pac Shakur said in a rap song: "I won't deny it, I'm a straight riddah, you don't wanna mess with me!" Notice is hereby given to the FDA that unless I, the owner of Dherbs.Com, hear from the FDA in writing within 30 days from receipt of this correspondence, will assume the presentments of the so-called "warning letter" have been abandoned. Please beware that "silence is acquiescence" and that federal law states "Silence can only be equated with fraud when there is a legal and moral duty to speak the truth or when an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading to the injury of the parties," U.S. v. Prudden, 424 F2d 1021; U.S. v. Tweel, 550 F2d 297, at 299, 300 VII. Dherbs.Com Should Take Action To Correct Violations As I said supra, I have already started my process to change government-owned negative terms that keep people sick, since July 2006. I have discovered the fraud and scheme of government (FDA). If the FDA willfully falls silent on notification (after receipt of this response) and sends me another warning letter, then I, to protect myself and my interests, am justified in filing a federal Complaint For Declaratory Judgment/Injunctive Relief, 28 U.S.C. 2202 requesting a federal U.S. judge to declare the law and the rights of the parties and to decide legal matters and controversies, unnecessarily wasting the court's time as all the FDA has to do is respond to me. While "the Act" may authorize the seizure of illegal products ("drugs") and injunctions against manufacturers and distributors of illegal products [21 U.S.C 332 and 334] where clearly applicable, the FDA's federal police powers are subject to constitutional limitations, especially the principles of "Due Process of Law", Marshall v. Kansas City, Mo., 355 S.W.2d 877, 883, and as such, the FDA in order to lawfully seize any alleged illegal product ("drug" as defined in 21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)(B)) must first have "probable cause" ("suspicion of criminal activity or commission of an offense"), obtain a duly signed warrant of probable cause, which must specifically list the place(s) and/or person(s) to be searched, and specifically list the specific products to be seized, and then be prepared to prove in a court of law that the alleged illegal products are in fact illegal and that they in fact violate "the Act" Ignorantia juris quod quisque tenetur scire, neminem excusat! That is to say: "Ignorance of the [or a] law, which everyone is bound to know, excuses no man. Every man must be taken to be cognizant of the law; otherwise there is no saying to what extent the excuse of ignorance may not be carried". As the FDA enforces federal law, it must first know federal law, and ignorance of the myriad of laws is no excuse. VIII. Specific Steps Taken To Correct Violations And Assurance That Similar Violations Do Not Occur Again. Dherbs.Com on its own volition is revamping its entire site not only to exclude all negative-emitting and fear-inducing terms, but to also give the entire website a face lift that will bring more people to Dherbs.com and wake them up to a truth they desperately need. So, while Dherbs.com take no steps to correct that which has never occurred (falsely claimed in your "warning letter"), I am simply letting you know I am upgrading my website for January 1, 2009 and for MY own personal reasons! So, keep your eyes on Dherbs.com! Ya'll might learn something! CLOSING. Any agent of the FDA who violates the constitutionally secured and protected rights of Dherbs.Com will be held civilly liable "in their private and individual" capacity so as to remove any claim of federal and/or state sovereign immunity claims. There is a general rule that a ministerial officer who acts wrongfully, although in good faith, is nevertheless liable in a civil action and cannot claim the immunity of the sovereign, as per Cooper v. O'Connor, 99 F.2d 133 Furthermore, "When a state officer acts under a state law in a manner violative of the Federal Constitution, he comes into conflict with the superior authority of that Constitution, and he is in that case stripped of his official or representative character and is subjected in his person to the consequences of his individual conduct. The State has no power to impart to him any immunity from responsibility to the supreme authority of the United States, "Scheuer v. Rhodes (1974) 416 U.S. 232, 94 S. Ct. 1683, 1687 GOVERN YOURSELVES ACCORDINGLY! Notice to the Principal Is Notice to the Agent Notice to the Agent is Notice to the Principal
She needs to detoxify her body. She's now dealing with toxicity from chemotherapy and radiation on top of cancerous cells so now she must heal twice: from the drugs/radiation and the cancer. I would have her start on the FULL BODY DETOX; have her drink DETOX TEA and RAINFOREST TONIC TEA for starters. The radiation and chemotherapy are harming her. Her diet should be all raw foods and herbs.
Alternative drug protocol? Drugs CAN'T heal the body from anything! The best prevention from disease is living in harmony with Divine Law. Please read a few of our free health articles if you get the chance.
Simply begin by reading and learning the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights followed by your State's constitution. I also recommend reading and studying your State's Vehicle Code, Penal or Criminal Code, Civil Code, Code/rule of Civil Procedure; the federal Internal Revenue Code or Title 26 of the United States Code, and the Federal Code of Regulation. Good law books to have, read, and study include Black's Law Dictionary (you can find on Amazon.com, e-bay, or at used bookstore), Bouvier Law Dictionary, and Barron's Law Dictionary. I also recommend going to your County Public Law Library and researching the legal precedents or case-decisional law for your particular state. I also recommend studying federal case law as well, i.e. Supreme Court Reporter, United States Reporter, and/or Lawyer's edition.
Answer: This is a personal decision and choice you have to make for yourself. Common Sense would dictate that if drugs cannot heal the human body (and they can’t) and one truly desires to heal, then one would not take that which is contrary to healing. Drugs mask symptoms and do not heal symptom or the cause of the symptom. So why are you taking drugs? Because your doctor said so? Well, what does your body say? What does your gut feeling (instinct) say? Follow your intution!
We don't recommend taking drugs with herbs or doing dialysis and herbs simultaneously. It's one or the other. More importantly, it's a personal decision that would require a lot of faith. Dialysis has never cured anybody with kidneys problem whereas herbs have. All we are saying is that herbs will truly help heal and return to homeostasis whereas drugs and other western allopathic practices will not. If the person is fearful then they should continue dialysis or drugs or whatever they are doing at present.

Can I Take Medication With My Herbs?
If your treatment is chemical drug based, I wouldn't recommend taking herbs. It defeats the purpose. Herbs are organic. Herbs are ordained by Nature and God. Herbs are cleansing, building, and therapeutic. Whereas, chemical drugs are man-made, greatly toxic, and pollute the body. Can I Take Medication With My Herbs?
The Full Body Detox and the Anti-Viral if followed correctly will cause you to test negative in a herpes test at a doctor's office because herpes is a blood infection and these 2 Dherbs kits cleanses the blood. Herpes is determined by a blood test! All other products that manage herpes are pertaining to pharmaceutical drug products, not Dherbs other products. We are not into controlling or managing and you will not find this in my articles. However, because some people don't have the will-power to heal, I give them advice on managing and controlling their outbreaks; but if you really read my articles you always hear me say ALL diseases are 100% curable and healable including herpes (read my Genital Herpes article). I'm wholistic in my approach in dealing with people and I cannot neglect the weak people who also need relief. They should be interested in full healing but they are not due to weakness.
If you are serious about healing from herpes, follow the advice given and do both kits back to back and then go get tested by a doctor a day or two after completing the 6-weeks of cleansing and see what the results are. This is true for any diseases and many people have reported their stories to me. It's basic health knowledge! Clean the body and the test will come back negative!
Many people keep herpes because they BELIEVE in it (no matter what) and that's why their outbreaks come back! It's in the mind! This is why the healing is wholistic (diet, lifestyle, thoughts, etc.).
I trust my answers sufficed your inquiry!

These therapies are new and better/safer than chemo and radiation but remember, no therapy can undo bad diet, unhealthy lifestyle, and unhealthy/negative thinking. If you undergo the therapies, don't forget that disease conveys a message to you to change your life to the better. You did something to harm your prostate and no therapy can undo this fact! We have an article "MALE PROSTATE HEALTH" you may find interesting. Herbally, you'd fare well from the FULL BODY DETOX followed by the TOTAL MALE CLEANSE.
The green mucus is not a good sign. Your diet is too acidic! Eat more raw and living foods! Head hurts? Toxicity! I recommend that you first perform the FULL BODY DETOX and follow it up with the RESPIRATORY CLEANSE AND REGIMEN. After the kits, everyday take MUCUS BUSTER FORMULA, LUNGS AND RESPIRATORY FORMULA, and HEADACHE AND PAIN FORMULA. The drugs will create more green mucus if you take them. They will also make you more toxic! You can heal naturally!
Don't put all of your hope into a product (i.e. melatonin) that your body naturally produces. Please read our free health information, especially the article on "CANCER: CAUSES AND REMEDIES" and "WHY WOMEN ARE SO SICK" I'd suggest you begin to detoxify your body (see FULL BODY DETOX and TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE on our site). Please read the article on "THE DANGERS OF CHEMOTHERAPY" as well. Chemo is no joke and will greatly harm the body. God did not make the body with petroleum (chemotherapy). The body is organic and needs organic nutrition to heal from disease. You can heal with the RIGHT information, Beloved. But in the end, it's your choice!
