Dietary Thiocyanate For An African People

http://dherbs.com/images/dherbs400x400.jpg
Introduction

Dietary or nutritional thiocyanate is a very important substance necessary for optimal health and wellbeing. Thiocyanate is found in specific foods, common to the indigenous African diet as well as some Middle Eastern and Mediterranean diets.

When thiocyanate is present in the diet, it acts as an oxygen carrier and increases the capacity of the blood to transport the life-giving oxygen to every single cell of the body.

Thiocyanate is a must-have substance if one is dealing with the challenge of sickle cell anemia. Because of its oxygen-enhancing properties, a diet rich in thiocyanate is effective in helping mitigate sickling of the red blood cells (also known as sickle cell anemia), a blood disorder.

Eating for Bio-Genetics

It's believed that food should come directly from the place of one's birth because the food carries vitamins and minerals complimentary to our biogenetic makeup.

Whereever you are from, ethnically speaking, that land has special and particular nutrients in the ground complimentary to one's gene pool. People with heritage in other lands need those nutrients for optimal health and well being.

Even though our bodies have the ability to adapt to a foreign diet, this could be detrimental to one's long term health if the person consumes the foreign diet more than his or her own native diet.

Natural Sources

Dietary or nutritional thiocyanate foods include:
  • Almonds
  • Banana
  • Black eye peas
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Buckwheat
  • Butter Beans
  • Cassava
  • Cauliflower
  • Garbanzo beans
  • Horseradish
  • Lentils
  • Lima Beans
  • Millet
  • Mustard (greens)
  • Peanuts
  • Plantain
  • Raspberries
  • Rutabaga
  • Turnips
  • White Yam
As herbalist Tim Morrow wisely says, "Eat the best of what's available because the best is not available!" That's true because in America, the best is not available, so we have to eat the best of what's available.

Q: Maybe you might not want to put a quote from Albert Einstein because he was a big ole racist. He also took a lot of things from the African people including his theories. I and many other African people of African decent is not really think too kindly of Albert Einstein only when he accredit the theories and inventions that he took from the Africans.

    A:

I only take the good people say and do and discard everything else. I do the same with Albert Einstein, Beloved! He's only up on the site for a health quote. Nothing more and nothing less. Many White people take offense to me mentioning Elijah Muhammad on my site as well stating he too was a racist, but you see, you can't please everybody and that's not my goal.

Q: I was having a discussion with my sons father about whether or, not black americans are descedants of africa. He says he is black, and is not a descendant from africa. That "we" can be from any where, not just africa. He doesn't accept the term african american. My sister was present, and she agreed with him. His statement made me so angry! Do think blacks are descedents of africa? Where else are we from, Europe? I thought this was just ignorant of thim to say. Unfortunately being slightly ignorant of this subject myself, I didnt have a way to argue that we are african. Are we black people descedents of africa? Should we use the term Afrian American?

    A:

Undoubtedly we are descendants of Africa (Afraka) and we should also socially and politically go by African-American for purposes of claiming our civil rights under a government we pay tax dollars to so as to serve our interests as American citizens.

Q: I recently asked you about using protein to gain muscle and u suggested Bio-Protein powder. But when I researched the ingredients I know little of, I was astonished at this African plant. The findings are amazing lol. Man, where do u find this stuff? Lol from east Indian herbs, Asian and African...top notch products, keep up the good work! Side note: I found a product called ultimate meal replacement...equally amazing. Let it up and tell me you think.

    A:

Beloved! Yes, the Moringa is the bomb plant that is working wonders in Africa and also worldwide, especially for purposes of nutrition. I found herbs through my passion and deliberate intent to find and possess and USE the best, the most exotic, and most potent herbs around from all countries of the earth. I have been blessed to find and obtain 99% of the herbs I looked for and desired/desire. I'm still waiting to get my hands on the Tabernanthe Iboga plant that is the best plant on Earth (from Africa) in kicking drug addiction, especially for melanated people (African/African-American). The U.S. government currently has the plant banned because it would interfere with the systematic drug trafficking industry instituted by the U.S. government which helps raise revenue and create a myriad of criminal statutes in which to justify locking up people, especially poor, disenfranchised people (so-called minorities, especially Black people). But that won't stop my creation of a Substance Abuse Kit and Regimen to help people get off of drugs (illegal drugs).

Ultimate Meal replacement???? You don't want to replace a meal. The opposite of a meal is a non-meal. Regardless of what it has in it, it can never replace sitting down to eat a healthy and balanced meal. Stick to a real meal that you devise consisting of prepared earth foods and use Ultimate Meal Replacement as a supplement, so to speak.

Q: Sir, as an African male who believes using the herbs directly. How can supplements suffice instead of the direct use of the plant source, such as milk thistle (silybum marianum), known as silymarin? Just like the ("so called)" vitamin supplements. Is there a subtitute for the real herb, fruit, and vegetable?

    A:

Herbs are are plants, just pulverized and powdered. We don't call our herbs supplements. Herbs are food and you can't supplement food, Beloved! There is no substitute for a real food, Beloved! Only the real thing!

Yes, keep using the Oxy Oil on your face! Also, keep detoxing and drink GREEN vegetables (juiced) to help restore your natural tone.

Q: I have been diagnosed with neutropenia and been seeing a hematologist for the last 6 years. He wants to avoid doing a bone marrow biopsy on me if he can. I am also anemic and received a iron infusion about a year ago. I go weekly for a CBC count and Monday I was told that my iron count is low again. The lowest my white blood count has been is in the 700's. I am Afro-American and I know that it's common for our white blood count to run low. I rarely eat red meat. I was a vegetarian until I got pregnant with my son he is now 2 1/2 yrs old. I eat red meat about once a month now. Is there anything that I can take to build up my white blood cells count?

    A:

African Americans need not concern themselves with white blood cell count. High rise of white blood cells usually denotes foreign invaders (toxins) in the body or that something is wrong in the body. When white blood cells start to rise that's not a good sign. When they are low that's a good sign. The folly of Western medicine is that they isolate everything. You can't isolate white blood cells from red blood cells. Blood is blood and so when dealing with the blood cells you have to deal with the blood. Period! I recommend you take our Blood & Lymphatic Formula, Electric Greens Cell Food Formula and Vitamin C Combo and modify your diet (dairy, meat, starches, and all acidic beverages) and watch the amazing results. Healing does not have to be complicated unless you're trying to exploit people!

Q: I just got your Pancreas Kit and ready to start 3 weeks Regimen. I have couple questions about diet: 1. Fruits - can I eat only those you've listed, or any other allowed? I am a Type 2 diabetic, and any melons or bananas raise my blood sugar. What about green apples, strawberries and raspberries?

    A:

DHERBS: Eat your favorite fruit while monitoring your blood sugar level. It may take some time before your blood sugar levels are regulated and you can return to eating fruit. But try eating what fruits you like while monitoring your BS levels. Be intelligent and use common sense and trust your intuition here.

    2. Can I have whole wheat bread?

    DHERBS: NO!

    3. Can I have eggs, or you consider them dairy?

DHERBS: NO! Eggs come from animal!

    4. What do you mean by cruciferous salad? Can I add tomatoes, celery, onions, etc.? Any limitations for vegetables?

DHERBS: Cruciferous means leafy i.e. leafy vegetables (Romain lettuce, Green lettuce). Yes, you can add other vegetables you like and desire.

    5. You've mentioned trail mix, are dried fruits allowed?

DHERBS: Yes, but watch your BS levels!

    6. How can I replace vegetable juices? Eat more cabbage and brussel sprouts? Are beans allowed in this diet?

DHERBS: You can't replace vegetable juice. Either you drink it or you don't! Eat more cabbage and brussel sprouts. Cooked beans are not allowed in the diet.

Q: I have read the passage about sickle cell anemia, but what about the trait? Is there anything that I can give my daughter for this, to clear up her blood?

    A:

You can't treat a trait! Sickle Cell trait was created by doctors to put fear and worry in your mind so that your thought and fear (of child having sickel cell) manifests into reality. When it happens, you will believe so because you were told the child had the trait anyways.

The best thing to do is cleanse the body with an emphasis on the blood, keeping it strong, nourished and clean; and eating healthy foods, mainly raw foods - the green foods (vegetables).

Q: For the last 2 weeks, I've been eating only raw foods. My daily intake mainly consist of snow beans, green beans (string beans), kale, carrots, a small amount butter and crackers, bananas, apples, pears, lettuce, tomatoes, dates, spinach and filtered water. My question is: Am I getting the required nutrients and how would I know if I were not and specifically, how would I know what nutrient was missing. I also take the MALE HORMONAL FORMULA and JACKRABBIT FORMULA (regardless of whether I intend to engage in sexual activity).

    A:

OF COURSE! WHAT TO KNOW FOR SURE? GO GET A MINERAL TEST DONE. FIND SOMEONE IN YOUR TOWN WHO DOES NUTRITIONAL TESTING OR LIVE BLOOD CELL MICROSCOPY.

Q: My sister has sickle cell anemia and has to deal with her potassium levels being too high. Although she drinks plenty of water all of the time she was just hospitalized for being dehydrated as well as high potassium levels. This is my question; to help her dehydration if she drank water with the added vitamins would that help? and what can she do to control her potassium levels? She does not eat foods with potassium and her levels are still high.

    A:

YES, IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO DRINK WATER WITH VITAMINS ADDED TO THEM. THE BEST FORM OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS IS KHEMETIAN GOLD. THIS FORMULA WILL ALSO ADDRESS HER POTASSIUM IMBALANCE AS WELL.

Q: How do I rid myself of these little white blotches that pop up on the skin. I've been told it has something to do with sulfur shortage in the body. I would like your input if possible. By the way, the question and answer section was some good reading. Thanks, I?m over and out. p.s. ( do I have to order products, is possible to come there direct and purchase?)

    A:

I am in the middle of an article entitled LITTLE WHITE SPOTS that tackles this situation many Black people are experiencing including myself. It's much deeper than just having lack of sulfur. This started in the New Millennium (2000) for many of us and has a deeper cosmic significance, i.e. being "light workers." It's like a badge or mark and they are on certain spots of the body which mean something. I have a white spot located directly at my Fourth Chakra (Hermetic Plexus) and I also have one directly over the area where my physical heart is. Clearly my work with people is in the area of heart cleansing and healing. It's no coincidence I have white spots on the energetic and physical heart.

I also have three on the pelvis and inner thigh area near the genitalia which denote Root chakra (grounding) work, sexuality (sexual healing), and foundation. The 3 lower white spots are on the left side of my body which denote the feminine side so my work is with females and also developing the feminine (yin) within males. I could go on and on but it's much deeper than a nutritional deficiency.

If it was just nutritional, little Black children and teenagers who also lack sulfur would also get these little white marks and so would other peoples of color; but from my research only adults in and over the age of 30 have them! They are like a cosmic "birthmark" and birthmarks denote many things including past life information which was stored in our etheric blueprint. The etheric blueprint is the subtle program from which the dense (physical) body is constructed and which carries imprints of past life disease or injury from which present life illness or disability can result. Clearly I had past life issues dealing with matters of the heart (loving, loving completely), sexuality (which is why incarnated under a sign with a strong sexual desire/urge - Taurus), and femininity (neglecting it in a past life). To help learn about Love I incarnated under the planet that governs and deals with Love - Venus, ruler of Taurus. There are no coincidences in life, Beloved!

Q: Is there anyway possible that you can tell me what 102 minerals, vitamins are in the your multivitamin, so I can be aware of what I'm getting? Is it listed on the bottle of the vitamins?

    A:

We are unable to list all 102 minerals on the bottle (of course), but the formula provides a full spectrum of nutrients (102 minerals). Not the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) created by government. The balance of minerals, and vitamins are safe and optimal. You're getting a full spectrum of vitamins, B-vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, etc. Read our article on MINERALS in our article section.

Q: I heard you on a couple of shows; Michael Baisden and Rev. Al Sharpton. I would like to ask a couple of questions about your products. 1) My wife suffers from Sickle Cell, what would you recommend for someone who has Sickle Cell accompanied by leg ulcers? 2) I am an amateur bodybuilder and would like to know what natural herbs you recommend for someone who trains and competes in this area? Thanks in advance and have a blessed day.

    A:

In re sickle cell, I recommend that you read our article entitled â€SICKLE CELL ANEMIA CRISIS†and â€THE METAPHYSICS OF SICKLE CELL CRISIS AND MALARIAâ€. Good information for you in there! In re herbs for bodybuilding, I'd recommend our BIO-PROTEIN FORMULA, ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD, ENERGIZER FORMULA, and IODINE PHOSPHATE.

Q: I was watching some video on Dr. Sebi, and he mentions how the black people need to eat vegetables and nutrients, that are electically charged, complete, and ph balanced. Is that what your supplements are similiar to?

    A:

Our supplements are 100% natural plant life herbs. Our products work best with foods that are raw like fresh fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and raw seeds. Cooking foods take out the natural nutrients and enzymes that are beneficial to our health. Keeping a raw food diet can play a major role in our health.

Is Your Supermarket Sabotaging Your Diet?

America has become an obesogneic country. That’s because everywhere you turn to, unhealthy food and beverage are within arms reach. Supermarkets have become part of the problem.

In a recent study conducted by the University of Massachusetts Medical School, 240 obese adults from the greater Boston area participated in a weight loss intervention that focused on increasing fiber intake. The participants were highly motivated, but motivation was not enough to succeed.
