You list going to the gym and jogging as dangerous activities. I thought exercise was important and vital? Could you please explain your position a little further for me. I really enjoy your articles. They are very informative and thorough. I look forward to your response. Thanks!
Exercise is great, but the healthy exercises include Pilates, yoga, tai-chi, qi chong, stretching, swimming, etc. Jogging is okay if on sand, dirt, or grass. If on cement/asphalt - DANGEROUS (destroys the bones and uterus in women). The gym is okay but weight lifting and other exercises are dangerous and destroy connective tissue.

Energy exists whether we exercise or not. We live in a sea of energy. Exercise helps us to keep our bodily fluids fluid and moving.
Hi Karen, Thanks for the question.
Detoxing and fitness.
The best way to detox your body is to give it the tools and time necessary to clean house. There are many types of detoxes and many avenues for fitness. The best way to detox is to rest the body while giving it the cleanest foods and herbs. However, some light forms of exercise like yoga, swimming, jogging, pilates are acceptable because they are light and won't require the amount of nutrients to repair and replenish. A raw food detox is sublime and is one fantastic step towards a healthier body and mind. I encourage you to try it.
What I would do is scale back on the exercise for the length of the detox and have fun! Go hiking and enjoy nature. A light jog instead of a spin class. I guarantee you will not lose strength or endurance during the detox. Intense exercise increases the bodies need for nutrients and protein.
Imagine if you will you have a desk at work. And work keeps piling up and no matter how you try to efficiently make it through you can't seem to get ahead. What detoxing is designed to do is give yourself the time to clean your desk. The most efficiently way for that to happen is to stop the work from coming in. Heavy exercise may increase your workload. You want your body to be in a cleaning mode and not a repair mode.
Again I would continue exercises that are light and stimulating. You want increased blood flow and you want to aid you lymph system to pump efficiently.
Lastly, if you are training for an event it may not be the best time to detox. Detoxing symptoms can throw you off your game. Best time to detox is the off season.
Hope this answers your question.

Greetings & Namaste,
First, thank you for being U-activated! So many potential energies unable to convert into kinetic activities because of our Earthly baggage(s). Personally, I haven't found the right formula to keep my beautiful curves, which is the major reason I am not vegan/raw now. In my perfect world, I'd have a great-tasting, non-dairy,wheat & gluten source of protein, juiced exotic veggie/fruit smoothies, yummy raw nuts/raisins, and absolutely no meat- the fountain of youth, literally, running thru my body! As i'm sure the cognitive wheels of your expertise are spiraling ready solutions, I ask that you also factor in social-economic status, and workout regiment. From my perspective, the price of health food is aggresively over-inflated compared to the affordability of processed and junk foods; add to that a general inaccessibility to the impoverished & disenfranchised, and dysfunctional eating psychologies impregnating entire families (for generations). I prefer high energy, high impact, anaeorobic & weight-lifting training activities. So, you can see a petite person's dilemma. Thanks so much for your time and thoughts. Ms. Tiffany Janine"
Being raw or vegan does not have to be hard or expensive. The most inexpensive food are rice and beans. If you are budget consciense you should gravitate towards those foods. Stach based foods are super cheap. You should check out the book "eating vegan on 4 dollars a day" or any of Dr. Mcdougal's programs.
I run an online health/fitness/nutrition coaching program that can be found at www.theveganeffect.com. There you might find your answers.
Exercise programs do not have to be expensive either. I am a master at building fitness plans with the minimal of equipment. If all you have is your body weight than I can build you a 90 day plan. The same goes if all you have is a resistance band, exercise ball, dumbells, kettlebell, etc.
If you need any advice or have specific questions you should check out my website and message me there.

Motivating yourself to stick to healthy foods and exercise is not as difficult as you think. The real reason people beleive it is difficult is because garbage foods are addictive, just like drugs. Once you properly cleanse/detox your body (and brain), you will begin to crave raw fruits and vegetables just as you now crave your favoriate drug/food If you don't beleive me, simply try it. Contact DHerbs and get products to thorougly detox and cleanse your body, and eliminate parasites. The cleaner you are internally, the more you will crave healthy foods and have the energy to exercise. A dirty body does not want to move.
Of course there are many ways I can assist you in motivating yourself to adhere to the detox and cleansing until your healthy cravings kick in. If you tell me a bit about your specific challenge I will respond with a bit on that as well.
I hope this was helpful.
Starches are not on the chart. Most starches are tubers and we don't promote those. Grains are also starchy foods but these too are not listed. Most tubers and grains are not eaten raw so that's why they are not listed.
Despite removal of the thyroid gland you can still take the formula.
Please read our article "DANGEROUS DAIRY". There's plenty wrong with it! But remember, soy is far better than meat and dairy!
TECHNICALLY QUINOA IS A FRUIT BECAUSE YOU ARE CONSUMING THE SEEDS, BUT IT IS CONSIDERED A GRAIN. IT IS ALKALINE AND NOT MUCUS FORMING.
Thanks for the question. During a detox you want to do low intensity weight bearing exercises that get the lymph system moving. Here are some recomendations.
· Light resistance training
Hope that answers your question.

It's best to keep exercise to a minimum. When you exercise your body pulls blood away from your core and into your limbs (fight or flight response). That directs blood away from your healing response. Also high impact or weight training requires more calories and more protein which will over work the organs that should be using their energy healing.
Hope this helps,

I highly recommend that these women try the 3-week Total Woman Cleanse (TWC).
An exercise for prolapsed uterus involves anti-gravity exercise (placing legs higher than head for about 30-minutes). Lay on the floor with legs up on the sofa or perhaps against the wall. Gravity will pull on the uterus and in time pull it back in place.
This exercise works well while performing the Total Woman Cleanse.
Exercises are not really necessary! Just take 3-weeks and perform the Weight Release Kit and Regimen and then once the excess weight is gone, modify your diet (watch what you eat), exercise as often as you can (if you choose to do so), cut out sugars, etc.
Please consider our Headache and Pain Formula, Enzymes Formula (helps heal scar tissue), and MSM Sulfur, which are 100% safe to take while pregnant. Take 3 capsules of each formula spaced out at least 2-3 hours a part.
