Herbalist Biography

Djehuty Ma'at-Ra (pronounced "Ta-Hoo-Tee" "Ma-ayt-Ra") (born April 24, 1970 in Los Angeles, California) is an herbalist, metaphysician, writer, life guide coach and instructor, spiritual counselor, public speaker, thought minister, inspirational and motivational speaker, legal jurisperitus, and trans-crystal energy healer.

He is the founder and owner of Dherbs.com, which he started in the Fall of 2003 in Glendale, California.

Djehuty is known as the Herbalist to the Stars, with a vast client list that includes a plethora of celebrities and entertainers including Stevie Wonder, Brandy, Shemar Moore, Bill Duke, Michael De Lorenzo, Gary Durden, Big Boy (Kurt Alexander), Boris Kodjo, Nicole Ari Parker-Kodjo, Darrin D. Henson, Laz Alonso, Tanjareen Martin, and Ghostface Killah.

Djehuty is an alumni of Alain Leroy Locke High School in South Central Los Angeles (graduating in 1988) and has no formal training in an institution for any service he performs or teaches. He has never attended college. He is totally self-taught and claims his credentials as being his success in following his heart, achieving all of his personal and professional goals in life, and the passion he has in his heart to see the human condition on the planet improved.

Djehuty has written several e-books including "The Mental Science Manual", "The Money, Wealth and Prosperity Manual", "The Love Manual", "Discovering Your Life's Higher Purpose", and the "Alternative Diet and Lifestyle Manual."

Djehuty has been a featured guest on The Warren Ballentine Show, The Al Sharpton Show, The Yolanda Adams Show, The Russ Parr Show, Radio Alchemy with Eben Ray, Keith Murphy's Urban Journal, and The Cosmic Womb with Spirit Halima of Inner Light Radio.com to name a few.

Djehuty is no stranger to the grassroots and has been a guest speaker at the Talking Drum Community Forum in Los Angeles, hosted his own show "Chopping It Up Live" on Inner Light Radio.com, and has been a reappearing guest on the LIBRadio.com network in addition to doing multiple broadcasts with Keidi Awadu.

Djehuty has lectured in numerous U.S. cities including Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA; Detroit, MI, Richmond, VA, and Frederick, MD. He has also lectured on the Radio One One Love Gospel Cruise.

Djehuty is the creator of the Full Body Detox which he created in late 1999. He has created over 200 natural products. Djehuty's Full Body Detox has been performed by many celebrities, entertainers, professional athletes, and business luminaries over the years including Venus and Serena Williams, Brandy, Shemar Moore, Mitch Richmond, Big Boy, Darrin D.
