I choose to be a Vegan to adopt a healthier lifestyle. I have always been health conscious and my journey to vegan definitely started from eating meat and everything else. I strive not only to NOT eating meat or any by-products but to eat a Well Balanced Diet with lots of fruits and veggies and less processed foods. Choosing this type of lifestyle has made me more aware of my impact on our environment and the animals. I have way more energy, more bowel movements, little to no bubble guts, flatter stomach, clearer & more even toned skin, restful sleep, little to no sickness, less mucus/acidic body, decrease appetite for junk foods and decrease the days of my cycle.
