Animal Holocaust

Not sure if I'm extra sensitive during this time, but I've seen videos of the abuse before, but this one really got to me, especially regarding the treatment at the dairy farms. I can't seem the shake the image of the guy just punching the small cow in the head, or how the speaker spoke of the worst scream he heard was when they a cow's new born baby from her. It reminded of a time when I was younger and the devastation my cat went through when she came home and found that we had given her kittens away, my cat cried all night, I will never forget that sound. The next day she attacked a woman who was walking her puppies, I guess she was so distraught she thought they were her kittens.

So I have been vegetarian for the last two years, but was struggling with the dairy part. But from watching this video and so on, really helped me kick a terrible habit. I no longer was to contribute to such cruelty.
