Just curious.

How many hours of sleep do you all get on average?   I know the saying is 8 hours of sleep, but I tend to wake up before 8 hours often.  Have you all  notice what amount of hours of sleep give you the most energy upon waking?

So, before I did the FBD I about 7hours of sleep and sometime I would wake up tired and not fully of energy. After doing the FBD last month I can got to bed alot later and get less sleep and still be full of energy upon waking up. I love it and want to keep it this way!! So, right now it ranges from 5-7 hours.

yeah its almost time for me to do the full body detox again, I'm not sleeping that long, but when I first wake up, I'm feeling sluggish, I want that feeling you are having in being full of energy upon waking up.  I haven't had the feeling in a long time.  I remember being a kid and that feeling would come so natural, just be excited to start the new day!

Exactly! I love this energy that I am having now. So, I am going to keep up with eating right and taking maintenance herbs to maintain everything.

If I do 6 hrs for a couple of days then I'll need to do 7-8 for 2 days. My body is trained to sleep no more than 8 hrs.  If I get only get 6 hrs of sleep then I'll be kinda tired after being up for 18 hrs. If I get 8 hrs of sleep then I can stay up for 24 hrs....I jus did it last fri! And only needed 7 hrs to feel refreshed.
