As of today, I've released 45 pounds from my frame. Now the real work begins. I've pulled out the boxing gloves and jump rope to increase the intensity of training. I've incorporated MMA-style training to my regimen. I'm also researching different nutritional combinations for vegetarian athletes to make my training more effective.

My goal is to reach 240-245 pounds.

I just found a personal trainer. We have a bartering setup where she needs a testimonial and I need a more objective eye. I just learned that I've been undereating, which has slowed my metabolism down.
