This is a matter of "public safety." They need to make the city prove how rims have injured the public in the past, or is this just a law or ordinance aimed at Black and minority drivers who put large rims on their cars? All they (victims) have to do is show that all victims of the Cincy Muni Code have been Black and minority and no whites have had their cars impounded for an alleged violation of the Cincy Muni Code. The citizens of Cincinnati need to move to have that ordinance repealed. It should be easy to have this ordinance (pseudo law) repealed.

I happen to live in Cleveland but I think that this is just absurd to think that the way you decorateyour car could be grounds to have it taken is absurd. Glad I don't drive I just have my fiancée take me wherever I need to go. SMDH
