I jus let it happen...especially then. Now that im more aware of these things I can kinda tap into the energies. I first let go of all fear...and trusted in the light..lol. I know Im protected and any msg that comes to me is that of good intensions. If I really need/want to know something Ill have a dream...but that doesnt happen often. I mostly happens when I take my monoatomic gold. But I am now gettin to the point where a lot of my dreams are of a psychic nature...like the night before my good man friend kinda poured his heart out to me, I had a dream I was holding him while he poured his heart out to me!! The very next night hes pouring his heart out and we cuddled after and watched a movie.
If I stray a lil bit from the golden path...my guides will guide me back. I think that was the purpose of the dream wit the beautiful lady....i was kinda starting to think about going a different direction.

I also do the pendulum thing (lol dont know the official terminology). I jus take one of my necklaces...one thats long with one heavy charm, hold it in my hand, and move it with my mind....side to side, back and forth, and in circles. I helps strengthen my mental energy and focus, also it helps remind me jus how powerful my mind is.
