Yea that really sucks....both my parents work for the government...well contractors...so they will get paid cause the contract is still intact.

The kicker is.....all essential employees must report to work WITHOUT pay on Mon. ...that is if this madness is not settled by then.

Glad I never wanted to work for the gov't.
