2/11 article of the New York Times

There is an article about Hospitals shifting the smoking ban to smokER ban. Basically hospital/medical jobs will screen applicant/employees for nicotine or tobacco. If you test positive, you will not be hired or will be fired. This is being done to increase productivity, promote healthy living, and reduce health care costs

What is next- people to fat, people who drink, etc. Is this just the beginning of controlling people?

Yeah you can be denied a job for being too fat, if you want to be a Tech for ATT you can't weigh over 275 lbs.
