Is there a way to travel international without a passport? Although we may have the right to travel within the US without documentation, what about the other country's requirements for entry? I would assume that they are not bound by our constitution.

new york has this new enhanced license. you can travel between mexico, canada, and most caribbean islands without a passport if you have this type of license.

maybe your state has a similar program.
