Peace Fam,

For the past couple of weeks my 4 year old nephew has been complaining that his penis hurts, he says that it tingles.  He only mentions that it bothers him when it's time to go to bed because it's hard for him to get to sleep and he says that it doesn't bother him when he takes a bath.  Does anyone know what's going on? I looked around the net a bit and it says that a tingling penis may have something to do with possible nerve damage. - Thanks

He could have a bacterial infection.

Plenty of sweetened cranberry juice (sweetened with maple syrup) will help. Let him take sea salt soaks as well.
