Yes! It IS really that serious. KMSL!!! I remember when I was in high school literally half of the students would not be in school the first half of the day because they had to be at the mall early so that they could be the first ones to have the new J's. This is not the first time I have seen a stampede like this over some Jordans. People are so silly. My cousin is in the army and when he was stationed in Korea he bought those same shoes for about $20.00 and shipped them to his siblings all the time.

This is sad for a ten dollar pear of shoes. Jordan probibly don't even wear J's! Lol!

But this is with everything that you think is so exclusive and expensive in this country. If people actually traveled out of here they would be suprised and have their feelings hurt!

Soul Beautiful I'm from Baton Rouge aswell. I went back during Thanksgivings and it has grown since I've left.

Yay! I was beginning to think I was the only person from Louisiana in the forum. How long have you been gone from BR? I just left a couple of weeks ago. It IS growing! By the time you drive from Southern to Siegen Lane, you're halfway to N.O. Lol!

Lol! Yeah  it is really close to N.O. now. I remember when it took about an hour or more.  I moved from there to Texas in 2000 and I haven't been back since until this Thanksgiving. I still have fam down there and my little sister is going to Southern in N.O. Things has really changed. It's a trip!
