Just started doing the Master Cleanse this morning, I'm blogging about my day to day experiences with it so if anyone wants to follow along feel free to visit my blog fams.

Great! Any cleanse that you do will greatly benefit the body, mind and spirit!

I have not tried that cleanse. I have only did the Full Body Detox courtesy of dherbs.
