Ive noticed ppl with out any planets in their 6th house are more likely to "suffer" from acne. Me and 2 other ppl I know have issues with acne and no planets in our 6th house. With a change in diet it has improved drastically...but still working to get rid of it for good.

Can anyone shed some light on the connection of acne and your 6th house please?

I have no 6th house planets and never had acne problems ever.

Whats your ascendant, is it Aries or libra? or maybe you have pisces  on the first house cusp.
