NO COMPLAINT, YOU MUST SUSTAIN!!!!

Over the years I have come across many interesting methods of fighting TRAFFIC TICKETS. I have seen everything from the Washitaw Nation, Moorish methods to my favorite SOVERIGN (even thought this way to me is the best). They all have interesting points in the battle for liberties, but I have discovered one thing that a lot them have seemed to overlook. These people (Devils, Judges, Commissioners etc...) will never tell you face to face that you do not have any rights str8 out. There for if you are educated in the Law itself and your RIGHTS particularly, then you have the power to put them on the defense instead you scratching your head, knees rattling, palms sweating all the time.
The burden of proof is on the Plaintiff not you. So while most Moors are going in to court trying to prove how Soverign they are when all that's really needed is to stand on the Law. The law states pursuant to VC 40513 b "If a defendant pleads other than GUILTY OR NO CONTEST (NOT GUILTY) a VERIFIED COMPLAINT SHALL BE FILLED ." I don’t know about you but a Traffic Ticket and a Verified Complaint does not sound the same to me. If they were the same then why would it state that a verified complaint is filled if you plead NOT GUILTY.
I have learned to stand on the truth and believe in the wisdom derivative of the universe by way of my studies. This method has provided me and many of other soldiers in the struggle for liberty and truth with results time after time. Why? NO COMPLAINT, YOU MUST SUSTAIN!!!!!!!

The demand for a verified complaint pursuant to california vehicle code section 40513 b is an interested and to my knowledge an effecive arguement if they "alledged" defendant knows how to introduce the issue in court. In fact, there was a brother aka the Wizard of Sov. parading around Glendale educating the masses in regards to the verified complaint back around 2002 - 2005. I knew he was onto something when the FBI came knocking on his door for helping folks beat traffic tickets using this argument. Back then I was relatively new to studying the law, but I was always curious how this argument works when the defendant is facing CVC 14601.1 commonly called driving with a suspended license, and CVC 23153 commonly referred to as drunk driving since these are misdemeanors and have a verified complaint filed already when you make the court appearance.

Thanks for your responses. 1st I was around then too when the wizard of Sov was going thru those fed issues. I went thru similar issues myself. The verified complain is not as potent in misdemeanor cases. But if your license is suspended then they just gave you a way out. I remember I had one those cases in 2003. The DA said in open court that I didn't have to have a license legally. Therefore The suspended license is irrelevent. There is no law on the books that requires a natural person to unvoluntarily poses a drivers license. That's how I got out of that one myself. They didn't nothing to stick on me. But yo I will keep in the loop as to when I have another seminar. It will be within a month.

So where is the Wizard now? FBI. wow. what were they investigating ? Conspiracy to perform copyrighted law. lmao.

I personally haven't seen the wizard in about 2 or 3 months, but he was in disguise as a mild mannered citizen (like Clark Kent) eating dinner with some friends. Rumor has it that he made like Dorothy in the Wizard of OZ and clicked his ruby slippers three times and mumbled "...there's no place like home (click, click, click) there's no place like home (click, click click)" in an attempt to get out of the matrix. LOL!!! The next time I see him I will give him a copy of Dherbs' article "High Heel Shoes Blues".

The wizard only makes special appearance occassionally, but he always keeps a watchful eye in case his services are needed.

Also, the FBI agents could not handle him, if memory serves me correctly, he invited them in his home and impressed them with his knowledge of the law. They made a not so veiled threat to go after the people he was helping since they would be easier targets because they were not as knowledgeable as he was.

His identity remains a secret based on his modesty, so I will respect that here.
