Hello,

I have a friend who has allergies and she says she takes Benadryl at night because it makes it better and she can go to sleep. She can not take the Benadryl during the day, when the allergies are really bad, because the Benadryl makes her sleepy at work. Are there any natural treatments for allergies (herbs, foods, etc)?

Are there any negative effects from taking Benadryl?

Thank you for your help!

Benadryl is a damn drug and destroys the function of the liver.

If it makes you sleepy, there may be some kind of alcohol in it or some other sleep-inducing chemical.

Allergies are nothing but an attempt to get people in tune with Nature. When folks clean their body out and become natural again, the allergies go away.

I used to have allergies real bad, but after I cleaned all of that mucus/snot out of my body, the allergies went away.

There is no herb or product to take for allergies. You must take a dose of cleaning your life and body up to knock out allergies. Work must be put in!

Peace be unto you, beloved!

In addition to what has been already said, Benadryl was a factor led to the demise of my marriage.  My ex-wife was a heavy benadryl user for everything from her food allergies, to sinuses, to asthma, to sometimes just to get to sleep (in fact, they use the ingidient for benadryl for sleep medicine), but on the sideeffects on the package, they tell u it may cause dryness, but it doesnt tell u the exact location of the dryness , but in Afrikan wholisitic health they say it causes vaginal dryness.  It makes sense that if it causes u a dry mouth and u have to drink a gallon of water to compensate for its effect, then it makes sense that vaginal dryness is also an effect of benadryl.

That makes a lot of sense juicemaster and it is very true!

There are similarities between the mouth and vagina from oral nature, wetness, and hollowness.

In fact, some ancient so-called Middle Eastern men used to call the female vagina "vesica dentista" (vagina with teeth), which treatened these superstitious men sexually - that the female vagina would bite up and devour the male penis.

That which makes the mouth dry will most certainly make other parts of the body dry.

Vaginal dryness can make sexual intercourse so painful that many women will not want to engage in sex anymore and that's unfortunate (and horrible to the sensual Taurus individual such as myself).

Thanks for sharing, beloved!
