They give tickets for following to close behind an officer?? WTF Huh

I was in the car and my sis was not even that close to him...one small car distence. The truck behind us was closer to our car then we were to the officers car. This is her second ticket in NC....she paid the first one...is this why they are giving her another?

The ticket is $171.00!!!!!!!!!

Tell it!

California makes $42 million alone annually from DUI checkpoint searches (resulting from people driving with suspended vehicle registration and/or licenses). The DUI checkpoints are a specious front that results in OTHER Vehicle Code offenses. If you drive through a DUI checkpoint and are not drunk, they should let you go, because after all, that checkpoint is specifically for driving under the influence. But, under the specious "public safety" you will be told that they (officers) cannot let you go with no valid vehicle registration or driver license.

You have to really bow down in acknowledgement of their sinister, tyrannical and Draconian plan which really works for the System at the expense of the generally and majority dumb U.S. citizens. People play along with this shit!

297 million people are scared of a government with only 2 million government officers. Amazing! Mind control and propaganda WORK!

There was a young lady at my TICKET CLINIC Workshop yesterday that received a ticket for crossing the street as the stop walking sign was counting down still. But the killer part was that she was arrested (stopped) and cited by a LAPD black and white car. That is some rediculous shit. You mean these black and white holice had nothing better to do than that?
There appears to be an all ot assault on the rights of the people, deriving from the desparation of the city and the state to balance their budget. Stand up people and fight back.

Aint that the truth. The only reason he made the amount so high is because he thought she was from out of state...lol. She kinda is, but is staying in the area for to go to school.

She decided to fight the ticket.
The offer they gave: Go to driving/traffic school and the charges will be dropped.
My sis: Well, how much is the school?
Them: about the same price as the ticket.
My sis: No, thank you. Ill present my case.

Her case didnt even make it to the judge...lol...they dismissed it!

I  live in NC and, in some cases, most of the ticket cost is court costs. A co-worker had to go to court yesterday and when she called the court to get directions on Wednesday, they would only tell her the court costs - $141.00.  The offense (following too closely) was only $35.00.  The judge knocked off $10.00 of the offense.  Oh, and she had to wait 3 hours for that privilege!
