Hello,
I am considering doing the full body detox.  I know that while you are doing the detox you need to be on a raw foods diets.  I was looking up some raw food diets online and the ones i found sound really complicated.  This is coming from a junk food queen.  In the past 6 months I have dramatically reduced my junk food intake.  I used to eat out at least 3 to 5 times a week, sometimes multiple times a day.  While i was in college I gained about 40 pounds..thats about 10 pounds per year.  Last summer I did another detox that i bought at trader joes..it was not as intense as the one on dherbs. but I did manage to loose 20 pounds and develop healthier eating habits. I dont eat out as much, i cut out soda completely, I drink alot more water and eat more fruits and vegetables.  The dherbs full body detox seems to be on a whole different level! I am kind of intimidated and dont know if I will be able to complete it.  I dont have a food processor, or a dehydrator or any of the other fancy equipment that alot of the recipes require.  and I also dont have alot of the time that the food prep requires.  I dont want to be eating raw carrots for three weeks.  Can someone out there please help me? I would appreciate some simple recipes that dont require all the fancy equipment? well ast least while I save money to purchase one in case its absolutely necessary?  I would appreciate all your help.  Also some motivation.  It seems like a long time but I know its for a healthier life!

I would suggest you consider purchasing the Full Body Detox Companion ($20) along with your FBD.

There's 20 different RAW FOODS recipes in it giving you the option to eat something new everyday on the FBD; in addition, a listing of herbal tea recipes for various ailments; spiritual soaking and bathing techiques (psychic attack protection, grouding, clearing the aura, etc.); listing of healthy brands of raw and vegan products and foods (nationwide), directory for raw and vegan restaurants in every state, the entire U.S. and the whole world; a listing of good raw foods and vegan cookbooks, etc.

It even has a new chapter on WHAT TO EAT AFTER YOU DETOX for folks who want to eat better or become vegan, listing hundrends of brands (by name and wesite address) of healthy products such as vegan/vegetarian entrees and alternative meats, dairy product alternatives, grains/breads, snack foods (chips, pretzels, tortillas, etc.), fruit juices, bottled smoothies, bottled waters, snack bars, candy, chocolate, nuts and seeds, fruit spreads, alternative butters (nut and seed-based), pastries, bottles teas, alternative coffees, etc.

It also lists the names and website of alternative brands of household cleaning supplies that are earth-friendly and user safe.

Everything you need to become more healthy is in there!

Peace!

I did the Full Body Detox and I can not speak highly enough about the product. I did have much if any weight to lose, but I felt so much better after the process. The formula that I could really feel was the colon cleaner, and if you follow the instuctions on the timing for taking each formula, you will find that your schedule is not impacted at all, especially in comparison to the impacted condition of most people's colon. During the 1st week I felt poorly, I suppose as the formulas break up the toxins prior to them being removed from your body. Personally, I preferred to chew the capsules, b/c you fell this warming sensation in your lungs and nostrils probably from the cayenne in some of the formulas.

I also drank distilled water for the 1st 2 weeks to help draw out the toxins from my body. It takes a little getting use to, but you'll survive. But don't overlook the activated charcoal, outside of mixing a teaspoon in your water or other liquid, it is great for brushing your teeth. It makes your teeth completely black and then after rinsing or drinking some water it most certainly will brighten your smile.

Don't hesitate, just jump right into the detox program, the hardest part for me was the missing of the chewing sensation, and the cravings for salt and sweets as I modified my diet. This passes as you progress thru the detox, but the detox is a different experience for each person, depending on the condition of your body. The only discomfort that I experienced was some stomach cramps when using the bathroom. But when you see what comes out of your intestinal tract, and how healthy you start to feel, you will be astonished.

Let us all know how it works out for you, and good luck.
