Motorcycle helmet Ticket

Another friend of mine received three tickets at on traffic stop. Beat all three here's how;

1. Ticket for visor being up on helmet
2. Driving motorcycle with learner permit no licensed holder supervising
3. Registration

Registration was easy all you have to do is appear in court with a valid one and you complied with the law. (looked up code)

Helmet this one was hard, but it came two me what if he had an helmet with a double visor, did a google search and found one.
Code also said under 25mph the visor could be up. First asked the cop do you know now fast I was traveling... NO. Did you inspect the helmet ?.....NO. Game over

He had no proof the licensed supervisor was not there.

Disclaimer here again the judge throws out the tickets and asked the defendant to pay court cost only, he accepted. I need to prepare my friends for this going forward.
