Cant Sleep

Every time someone in my family or really close to me or my family dies, I cannot sleep 3-7 days before they pass...

dose anyone know why that might be??

Not at all.

Ive always been this way...it would usually be about 3 nights of no sleep, then I get news of someone in my family passing away on the 4th day.

The only thing I can think of is that you are sensing that they are about to exit, or subconsciously know.  I have known a couple of times that someone was about to pass away, but they were someone close to someone close to me... not close to me directly.

your sensing their exit. The same thing happens to me but i can sleep. i just have butterflys for 3 days before they pass like clockwork. the fluttery feeling in my stomach makes it difficult to fall asleep but i eventually fall asleep. kava kava  and valerian root will help with restlessness.

Thank you everyone..i kinda had a feeling i could jus sense it....and until recently jus made the connection.

Very interesting...i def have a lot of that goin around in my life...3, every where i look 3...maybe now im jus starting to "wake up" to these things. Its jus kinda a lot to take in when you know someone is about to pass.

And what could that mean? Am i like talking with them in my dreams about their up coming transition...cause i def dont remember the dreams when i wake.
