Can crystals affect other people around you?

 I understand that when you are wearing a crystal that you need to keep it around you for 21 days. If it is placed on the bedside while you sleep, will it affect another person sleeping in the bed? Or if I am wearing the crystal will it affect someone else if they live with me or share my bed? I'm asking because I'd like to get a moldavite pendant and I understand that it may be unsettling for a person if they are not ready for it. My partner is definitely not ready and I'd hate for him to be disturbed.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I want a moldavite so badly!!  I'm so attracted to any and everything alien and when I first saw a moldavite I fell in love.  I love the metaphysical aspects of it too!!  However, the stone was a bit pricey for my budget... that and it didn't look like it would be in direct contact with my skin.  I will get one soon.  Then again, this seems to be the crystal of all crystals... lol.  It should have been first on my list.  What was I thinking?

But to answer your question, I doubt it would have that much effect, if any, on your significant other.  I believe it would have to be in direct contact with your skin to have a profound effect.

oh cool. thanks you might want to peep this website - soul2soultreasures.com. I got my pendant there- It's a beautiful eye of horus.  It's a small piece, but affordable considering the bigger pieces of moldavite are mad expensive. I've been wearing my piece maybe 3 days a week for a week and a half....someone told me to get used to if first like that before i wear it all the time.

i'm a virgo, so  i know i might not feel it as strongly as say a water sign but it  does make me light headed. it will be interesting where this piece takes me. as far as i understand, it works to accelerate you towards your spiritual path/destiny.

Crystals will and do affect everything in their immediate environment and sometimes even over long distances. They are like radio towers emmiting or recieving information and energy. Just imagine waves of electromagnetic frequencies spiraling through the crystal. When it goes through the crystal it will refract and come out with the enrgy of the crystal through the process of transmutation. If the person within the vicinity of the crystal is not ready for the affect of the crystal they will most likely not feel it. Crystals are intelligent and also respecters of free will. This is one of the reasons people who do not believe in crystals power do not experience that power. Another thing to keep in mind is that if this person is close to you, your energy fields most likely have merged. This means they will feel what you feel on some level small or if they are sensitive enough drastic.

I personally wouldn't worry about it too much. The person may be with you for a reason I you catch my drift.

Another thing I should point out is that Virgo's or any earth sign for that matter though they might come off as cold and calculating (virgos that is) are still VERY sensitive. Especially Virgo and Taurus. Virgo will have no trouble in the area of metaphysical endeavors. Also be aware of the other aspect of your chart. Your sun is in Virgo. Your sun is really the mystical side oF you. Look in your eighth and twelfth house and also lay close attention to the placement of the moon Pluto and Neptune in your natal chart.

     Moldavite as a stone Should not be feared! It will not traumatize a victim. At least I hope not lol. Moldavite will show you things in your dreams and if you carry it around with you it migh attract spiritual experiences bu moldavite is really simpl opening and cleaining all your chakras. Two in particular it focuses on your crown and your heart. Thus OPENS your self (heart) up to spiritual experinces (crown). Also the last key componen of moldavite s it's encouraging of follow through. That is to say moldavite facilitates consistency.
It is powerful in that people who use these crystals produce powerful results. But it is imperative that wo/man understand where the power truly comes from... if you catch mY drift.

moldavite can only take you where you can go and will not take you where you won't and can't go because it cannot as it is not within in it's power to do so. The 2 dimensional realm of crystals is an amazing place that is very different from the third dimenson we are used to so we might build up superstitious ideas around them but it is imperative to understand that this a science and not a myth so there aren't any unnatural things going on.

Satori... you REALLY started something... lol.  I went to the site you recommended and was about to purchase one of the pieces.  They are far less than the pieces on the other site I visited.  However, two of the pieces inspired me.  I fell in love with the phenacite and moldavite cluster ring: http://soul2soultreasures.com/rings/product/phenacitemoldcluster.htm, and I also liked the moldavite pendulum pendant and thought of adding a phenacite with it: http://soul2soultreasures.com/jewelry/product/moldpenpen.htm.  I did research on phenacite, which led me to do research on other angel crystals and also selenite.  Then I proceeded to go sick on ebay... lol.  I'm plan on combining moldavite, phenacite, yellow kunzite, seraphinite (I have 5 pieces already), and selenite (linked to a selenite protection grid at home) in a large copper cage pendant.  I'm adding selenite to ward off any negative energy.  If they don't all fit I have a back-up pendant that I ordered and I'll switch between them... and/or wrap the larger pieces.

You've seriously created a monster!  lol... )  I got my phenacite yesterday and it's already beginning to reopen my third eye (long story on why it closed).
