For those who have watched the Secret, we know that gratitude is the easiest way to create more in your life. However, it took me a long time to get this. Why because I kept my focus on the future being better than the present moment which I already had. I also let my ego based mind focus on what I did not have in the past. Now, I realize that gratitude on a consistent basis is the easiest to attract into one's experience. I have consciously focused my thoughts, feelings on what I am grateful for. I gained this insight from Ask and It is Given and I have incorporated into a gratitude meditation/visualization. Since I have been working with it for the past week now, some amazing things have occured. People have given me great advice for my soul's expansion (they know who they are), I have attracted money, circumstances, people, and just general good days into my experience. Here is how my meditation/visualization goes:
1. Take deep breaths and clear your mind 2. Focus on the beauty all around you 3. Focus on what you have now 4. Focus on the feeling behind it 5. Feel the vibration or energy throughout your whole body 6. Affrim this feeling by continuously and constantly saying "Thank you, Thank you" 7. Affirm your gratitude for your body temple 8. Affirm your gratitude for your possessions, family, relationships, etc. 9. Hold some rose quartz in your hand and feel the gratitude of the loving energy it beams (Gratitude has a similar vibration to love, when you are grateful for something, you are really expressing your love for it i.e. I am money magnet, thank you, thank you, thank you) 10. Now visualize yourself saying "Thank you, thank you" and get into the feeling of being grateful (You do not have to specific thing to be grateful for because the feeling itself will attract the things that you feel gratitude towards, leave that how alone) 11. Now visualize an intention you have set (more money, a soulmate, a new car) and feel the feelings of gratitude for having it NOW (I do this until a almost cry, I guess it helps being an emotional creature) 12. Visualize you saying thank you, thank you, thank you in visualization 13. You can smell or burn some essential oils/incense of the gratitude essential oils (rose, rosewood, ylang ylang, sweet orange, myrrh, frankincense, fir)
This meditation/visualization can be done whenever but I would recommend that you do it in the morning and at night. Also realize that one of best ways to maintain a good vibration is to be grateful in each moment. You can do this when you have encountered a situation where you might a ting of a negative feeling tone. Immediately focus on being grateful in the moment for what you have or grateful that you I have your intention.
