Is it just me, but does it seem like that black people are harder to change their lifstyles? I see more whites at the natural foods, co-ops, and alot more white vegans!!! I'm just saying.

Yeah I know. And it's sad given that we used to eat like that back home in Africa, whereas the standard European diet was milk, meat and relatively few produce because of the lack of vegetation. It's like a role reversal.

This is why its important to study law, civics, etc! They are taking the enslavement to a whole nother' level. I agree with 360, the people who know the Game will not have to deal with this bullshit. Its for the sickly masses. I definitely have to keep studying my shit.

@John, I don't think anyone will come out and educate the masses on anything legal. That's very dangerous because they only get what their thoughts and lifestyle ask for. And it looks like thats more tyranny and control from the goverment. I fucks with the Law of Allowance nowadays. If you try and help the masses, they will lynch that ass like the mythical Yeshua.

I see this all the time, I know a lot of people who are into health, yet STILL go to the doctor to get blood tests (to test nutrition), still rely on the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance which was concocted from a random middle aged European thought to be in good health, yet health to the average person is actually a far gone state of degeneracy) to tell them how to eat, etc. They want to be told what to do with their health, either way.

I so agree here. For the sickly for sure! Like I remember when it was passed a friend of mine on FB was so happy because he said now he and his family can just go to get care when they get sick. That's cool I guess, free will. Takes away responsibility so people can just go on doing things they want and have been doing to get sick in the first place. Now they DEFINITELY do not have to take the time to use the lesson in the sickness to grow and learn from and live a better life. He also said something about a republican saying we are governed by nature so why do we need insurance? LOL then my friend said "somebody tell me if we are governed by nature, why am I paying taxes, have car insurance and have a license, etc?" LOL I really just left that one alone, with the many thoughts going through my mind...

People have to WANT to be educated on these matters. I think it's time out for trying to save people who do not want to be saved and spoon-feeding certain things (different from assisting and providing links to tools)--then again that might just be my personal patience level that I must work on, which is cool too. That's mostly the problem now, people not taking a certain amount of personal responsibility & not starting on studying for themselves. That's one reason the bill was passed in the first place. All in due time I guess, when one is ready to learn. The ones who want to find the loopholes will find them. There are some do not desire to find loopholes, they think this is the best thing since sliced American Pie! I say let them be content, there will always be work to do with the people with the system the way it is, which allows all of us to live out our purpose...gonna get off of my soapbox now LOL

Thanks for keeping it warm for me... Ive been on hiatus.

In my mind it seems like it's part of it is collective consciousness/thinking and attachment to the not-so-healthy diet and lifestyle (for instance the soul food concept which I remember holding on to very dearly in my earlier days) handed down to a lot of people of color over the years. Also some worthiness issues & lack thinking in the area of health, money to afford the healthier food, equating eating healthy with "being white" or whatever it's called nowadays. Also, a lot of us just are not educated on the the alternatives and benefits of eating healthier and automatically equating it with being more expensive without giving it a chance. I don't think it's only black people but people in general. Other people are just more exposed to alternatives through whatever outlet maybe social, economic, etc. There are so many different aspects to consider...just my two cents.

That sums it up PERFECTLY.
