Sleep paralyisis abductee connection

Is there any clarity to be had on the subject matter? What have your experiences been? Are beings in the astral realm responsible for the millions of abducted accounts?

I personally view sleep paralysis as a biological defense mechanism of the human body. While your body is temporarily in paralysis it deters the sleeper from acting out any dreams that occur. Those who lack this biological happening often are a threat to themselves and others.

however one who is asleep and ware of their sleep paralysis often experience it as a precursor to OBE or lucid dreaming. Alien abductions correlating with sleep paralysis is an intersting thought. if someone can experience astral traveling in this sense. I guess you can also wonder can aliens abduct you.

I am not a big believer in abductions, they sound so sinister and I don't picture aliens as sinister I think the whole idea behind abductions has been glorifed by entertainment media.
if you flip it up... we are the aliens doing the abductions and experiments. I just say that bc in many accounts the govt has taken aliens an supposedly performed studies.
