@Soul Beautiful:  No I did not, not this time anyway.  Did not want to hurt him more if I did it wrong.  This one I let nature take its course.  I have had some situations where I did and others I didn't.  I have let my intuition guide me on when I should or shouldn't.

Wow! That's a beautiful gift that you have. Thanks for sharing your knowledge about animals. Sometimes I get scared that my dog might get hit by a car and I won't have the money to pay for surgery and I'd have to put him down. I don't put him on a leash or chain. It broke my heart because I could see how deflated his spirit was when he was on the chain so I stopped. He comes and goes as he pleases. He's at home the majority of the time, but he disappears when he goes into heat. He always comes back though. I live in a small town, so for the most part he's in no real danger, but there's always some fool doing 60 in a 25. I'm going to bookmark this thread.

@Soul Beautiful:  I don't mean to chuckle, but if it's a he as you say they don't go into heat.  But he sure smells the girls around that are Wink  Yeah we don't put are dogs on chains either.  That is not they way for them, although I understand why some do.  We have been fortunate enough to live in the country and there is space between neighbors.  They usually stay around our property also.  Maybe once or twice a year my male travels also.  But we seem to always know where to find him.

Keeping this thread bookmarked might be helpful to those who want to know more, or come into a situation.  Just Sunday night might daughter had kids (goats) and we weren't home my husband was babysitting.  Well he did not make sure that both of them were feeding, when he called it the night.  And when my daughter and I got home on Monday, one of them was not doing well.  So I had to go into action again!  This time we had to get electrolytes in him, get his body up to temperature (if their temperature is not between 101-103, they can not suckle).  We are having a heck of a time, I was up every two hours last night (of course he is inside with me, I am not going all the way out in the middle of the night),  I had to do my first tube feeding, I was nervous, cause you have to make sure it does not go into the lungs.  But YAY! I did it and his temperature is up, but still not suckling.  I am going to try a new treatment that I am learning called the Tellington TTouch.   Basically, by using touch you can reprogram an animal to learn something.   I will let you all know how it goes!

LOL! See that's why the world needs people like you. I thought male dogs went into heat also. Please keep me posted on the kid. You ever thought about setting up your own website about healing animals? People like me know that traditional medicine isn't good for animals, but we don't have a clue where to start when healing them naturally.

Anytime I go somewhere and there are children and/or animals around they always just come up to me and try to get me to be affectionate with them. Even fierce dogs like Pitt Bulls and Rottweilers turn into little innocent puppies around me. I'm saying this because I was wondering if the same thing happens to you.

@Soul Beautiful:  Definitely!  Even when I delivered mail Grin.  A website is in the works, I am typing articles, while my daughter is creating the website.  I can not wait!   Cheesy
