I just got this great law book on Internet Speech(20 cents at the thrift store!). I have just skimmed through the book, but it goes through laws, cases, etc

no problem. Its an older edition, I Google searched and saw there is a 3rd edition out. Laws are always changing, but this book references a lot of court cases and theory. That aspect is not old and overall its a good resource for a a general understanding of the internet.
