I used to get eczema on my nose and above my eyebrows (especially in the winter). Since I went on the FBD - no more eczema.

Has she tried Raw Shea Butter?  I love this butter.  I use it and my skin feesl as soft as a baby's bottom!!! Cheesy

I have an allergic contact eczema which occurs during contacts with detergents on hand, and one eczema on the ear.
For the eczema on the hand, I found natural solutions like Marigold cream, St. John's Wort oil, Birthwort ointment. Unfortunately, these solutions are not sufficiently effective for the ear eczema. I am still looking a natural remedy, because is not recommended to use corticosteroids ointment for too long.
I wrote an article about the plants that I use for eczema on the hand you might find useful at http://www.self-healing-herbs.com/home-remedies-for-eczema.html.

I used to get eczema every summer, behind my knees, on my arms, and my back. Jus a few days ago I got it on my left arm only ( Huh), it is REALLY hot n' stuffy in my room and Im doing the FBD...so guess its a combo of the two. I showered (didnt wash that area), got some fresh air, and put some Oz Oil on it, and the next day it was gonna....and has not come back.

My skin has sooo many memories of how to operate when detoxing...since i was toxic for sooooo long. Guess she is still learning and we are still healing.

eczema = dermatitis.
derma- skin
itis- inflammation
This means that your skin dries out because it is inflamed with mucous

the mucous is stored and secreted in/from the skin because it could not be digested and is now a toxin to the body. Because it is toxic your body has an adverse reaction to it (drying up inflaming itching etc)
The toxins need to be stopped from entering the body.
No meat, dairy, gluten or any other mucous forming substance
Next they need to be eliminated from the body through some form of cleansing process or detoxification process.

The part of the body that should be focused on in the cleansing or detox process is what we dub the circulatory system or the blood stream. It has been said that an ailment of the skin is indicative of an ailment of the blood.
The idea is to jump start and speed up the excretion or release of the toxin.

The manifestation of eczema is a visual sensor which expresses a need to release the toxins in this case via the skin.
So help the body to throw of the toxins. It needs help.

I would recommend this dherbs article
for more info and product links
