Belly dancing is the move! It is very sensual
and is a GREAT workout. Don't sleep on the little moves, it really does a great job of working out your arms, legs and abs. Holding yoga poses also gives a great workout to the muscles. It is very amazing what "little" we need to do to stay in good shape.

dr. sunyatta is a belly dance guru and she is very well toned and in shape. she has a very shapely figure. i've noticed alot of women that work out at the gym are more muscular and lack curves. but at the same time they are well toned and in shape but that their figures lack feminimity.

Oh yeah, I took a Tai Chi class for the first time today and I loved it. I will be going back. It has a lot of moves to learn but I like the challenge of learning them and I love the flow as well.

Knix20, do you have any suggestions on a good bike brand? I loved cycling as a kid and want to get back in it.

The bike I have is a Giant. Its a nice bike, but I would say change the seat if you want it for long distance. During the fall, I would bike around 10-20 miles depending on the day and after awhile my behind started to hurt, so some weeks, I couldnt bike everyday, it would have to be every 2 days.
My friend she bikes long distance (100miles at one point) she has a Trek. She also, got a special seat for it though.
I am not a hardcore cycler, so I dont really know brands, but from my experience the seat is very important. I was using my fathers bike, because I am tall and my sisters was too short. The seat on my fathers bike was not good at all for me. If you go to the bike shop they will assist you with any questions. I set up my bike with odometer and kept track of my milage and time. I also got a lock... which proved futile, the bike got stolen
Ironically, stolen in a good neighborhood, on a major street, during the daytime, while I was at a positive thinking/optimism workshop (go figure) Sigh, sorry I am still a little bitter lol.

Is that the one where you're in the room and its like 100 something degrees? Wow, our yoga room was only 67 today and I was hot. Even though I do want to try that one too!
