I have some PH testing strips and I want to know if anyone has any suggestions on how often you should test your urine or saliva for it's PH level? I know that since I recently stopped eating certain food and drink. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Well, I am using the monitoring in terms of detoxing my body and my blood stream, I have been highly acidic in the past due to a poor diet. I am trying to improve my overall health and also I am currently trying to conceive so I have  to make sure that my body is alkaline enough for conception.
