Getting shot by best friend

My husband had a strange dream last night I thought I would share and hopefully get some more insight on what it meant, if it even has meaning.
My husband was standing at the door and his best friend had a gun and pointed at him, they wrestled over the gun and my husband was shot in the middle of his head (third eye), there was no blood he was still alive. He went to the hospital and no one helped him so he came home, and he was back with his best friend again like nothing happened.

his best friend runs the relationship and your husband is the one who is the forgiver. the best friend can get away with murder and your husband will still forgive him. Does this friend hinder your husbands creativity? Being shot in the 3rd eye can be symbolic of what the friend hinders from your husband. the reason why your husband went to the hospital and they did not tend to him is because the underlining issues between your husband and his best friend can only be fixed between them. outsiders can not come in and give their own opinions etc.
