VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES
I personally love visualization (or imaginative) therapy. You can use your mind for healing. I get great results when I use imaginative therapy to lessen and ultimately eradicate a headache. I simply make the pain a colorable substance (dark crude matter within my brain on whatever side of my head the headache is present and aching). I imagine going inside my head and piece by piece removing the dark crude matter from my head with a stainless steel utensil. The more I remove the crude matter from my brain, the less the headache pain. It really works! I then imagine the residue of the dark crude matter being blown out of my mouth as a dark vapor, dissolving into the ethers and becoming pure energy as it disappears. The mind is the greatest tool in healing and always has been and will be. All sickness/disease and healing starts in the mind. The mind is a laboratory whereby we concoct our thoughts, good or bad, pure or polluted, constructive or destructive.
Okay I thought I was the only person who found credence in this.  Just the other day I was speaking with my office mate about menstruation/cramping and I was telling her how instead of focusing on the pain, I rather focused mentally on alleviating the pain.  Basically what I did was lay on the bed and imagine that I was massaging the pain out of my ovaries.  It sounds weird to say it (and probably even more so to read it) but I found that it really worked.  She kind of looked at me funny and suggested that I get a heating pad and put it on my stomach or back next time. Wink   Its interesting how our natural instincts have been bred out of us!

I also wanted to highlight something said about milk (aka liquefied cow mucous (Is that why it has to be pasteurized?) and how all human beings (including Caucasians, who can tolerate dairy products better than any other race) are lactose-intolerant.”   I was just wondering if Caucasians’ tolerance of milk may have anything to do with their absence of melanin.  The reason I question it is because I read that the melanin in colored folks’ skin actually converts sunlight into vitamin D.  Since Caucasians lack melanin, as well as vitamin D (hence the vitamin D fortification of orange juice and bread, among other things) that would explain the tolerance of milk as well as their increased risk for being diagnosed with osteoporosis and other bone deficiencies.
